In direkter Lage an der Moselpromenade und der Altstadt hast du beste Ausgangspunkte für Wanderungen, Rad- und Bootstouren oder einen Bummel durch die Altstadt. Ausflugsziele, wie Traben-Trarbach und Cochem sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Straußenwirtschaften laden zum verweilen ein.

In unter 30 Minuten sind Sie am Nürburgring, am Deutschen Eck in Koblenz oder an der Reichsburg in Cochem. Besuchen Sie die Winzerorte Treis-Karden oder Winningen an der Mosel und wandern Sie auf den Traumpfaden und dem Moselsteig. Starten Sie zu Ausflügen ins Weltkulturerbe Mittelrheintal, nach Trier, Köln, Bonn und Frankfurt.

You can't get closer to the Moselle! Renovated apartment in the heart of the Middle Moselle. On the large terrace, the Moselle is within arm's reach and thus almost unique. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, and more. Private high-speed internet, a television with streaming services, are available. In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed.

The Vineyard View

Our beautiful vacation apartment is located in the middle of the vineyards. The view of the vineyards from the 100 square meter terrace is breathtaking. Barbecue facilities are available on the terrace. A garage for storing bicycles (incl. charging facilities for e-bikes) is also available as well as car parking spaces (subject to charge!!!) 100 metres from the house. The Moselle is on the opposite side of the street and it is about a 10-minute walk to Zell's old town.

Das »haus in spay« ist ein historisches Fachwerkhaus, erbaut um 1545 im Moseldorf Zell-Merl. Es liegt unweit des Flusses am Fuß eines sonnenverwöhnten Südhangs an der Mosel, der bekannten Weinregion mit einzigartigem Rieslinganbau und mediterraner Kultur. Das Denkmal-Ensemble mit Haupthaus, dem jüngeren Ferienhaus und Steilgarten wurde in 8,5-jähriger Bauzeit und vornehmlich in Eigenleistung aufwendig nach ökologischen und traditionellen Kriterien restauriert.
