Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Our apartment for 2-3 people overlooking the Kitzsteinhorn is located in a quiet location, 100 m from Lake Zell with private property. The apartment consists of room, hallway hallway and bathroom with bathtub. The living room is also used as a bedroom. There is a comfortable sofa with armchair and a double bed. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also has a large balcony with a beautiful view.

Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of: April 2025.
