Attractive holiday home with 4 bedrooms. With private garden, veranda, garden fireplace, bbq and hammock. At our small-scale park Kleilutte, we rent out 12 holiday homes and there are many play opportunities for the kids; playground, go-karts, trampolines, ponies, playhouse with, among other things, pannakooi, trampoline, table tennis, etc. Super nice environment with swimming pools in the area, etc. Due to the family character of our park, groups of young people and employees are not allowed.

Luxury wooded vacation home with sauna

'The Birdhouse' is hidden amongst the trees in a quiet spot on park Bosrijk Ruighenrode. In the garden you can spot many birds and squirrels. It is a great place for people who like walking and cycling! Three of the four bedrooms, one bathroom (with a shower in the bathtub) and a separate toilet are situated downstairs. The luxery bathroom upstairs has a sauna and steamcabine. It is a great place to stay with kids and there is ample space. Come and visit the house to enjoy the peace and quiet!

We felt comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is harmoniously furnished with so much love for detail. We lacked nothing. Even coffee and tea were available for use. The atmosphere in the house was homely and cordial. The communication with the host was very pleasant, helpful, friendly and extremely likeable. The available bikes let us enjoy a relaxing day in the area. Whenever we should come back to the area, we will book again. Another great stay, we have been here several times now and love it. The house has everything you need and the garden is a lovely place to sit with a morning coffee . Good dog walking from the house or a short drive to the woods . Shops are 10 minutes away with nice restaurants and cafes . We will be back !

Everything all around beautiful there :-) highly recommended with dogs and children! Everyone will enjoy the beautiful place. Dogs can enter the lake directly to the left in front of the house, children on the right have a great playground right on the water. The park is well maintained. We would come back! Communication via Silke impeccable and very likeable! Nearest shopping is about 15 minutes by car.

Had a great stay in this beautiful Airbnb! The house is located in the middle of the center of Holten, within walking distance of a supermarket and surrounded by many beautiful hiking trails. The wifi was a little less in some bedrooms and also some parts of the house were a bit outdated, but otherwise everything was great! Good communication with the host. Highly recommend!
