Such a perfect place to stay if you want some peace and quiet, but also easily accessible if you fancy spending time within the city of Utrecht. It was even perfect for day trips around the Netherlands, with only a 25 minute bus to Utrecht Centraal. The bus stop was less than a five minute walk from the flat. The flat itself was immaculate and so beautiful, really comfortable and provided everything that you would need daily! Check-in and check-out was very easy and accessible and if we had any questions they were almost immediately answered. I would recommend this flat to anybody wanting to stay near to Utrecht. It is a little further than the main things to see and do in Ziest but was still easily walkable to them. We had an amazing stay.

We loved our stay in Den Dolder. The cottage was perfect for the three of us and the layout afforded some nice privacy between the two bedrooms. The kitchen was very functional and the living room a cozy spot to read or watch a movie. Monique provided lots of information about the area which we benefited from. The surrounding area is beautiful. Wonderful walks and biking trails. It should be noted that it is a 20 minute walk to the train station and closest grocery (Monique graciously picked us up and dropped us off at the train station as we were not traveling with a car- much appreciated) If traveling without a car- would recommend renting bikes for trips to grocery store, restaurants, etc. There is a service that will deliver the bikes, Monique has information about them.

We stayed at the Barbara's place over the weekend. It's located in a peaceful area with a 10 mins walk to the railway station and the supermarket. The place itself is clean and spacious, also convenient for some basic cooking. Overall a very nice experience!

prime location to explore the beautiful nature in the area and within cycling distance of Utrecht/Amersfoort. Meta and her husband were very friendly and welcomed us warmly.
