The houseboat itself is a dream and super well located, if on the one hand you love the beauty and tranquility of the countryside, sheep and green meadows on your doorstep but on the other hand also like to go to the beach or to the cities. The train is quickly reached and this is a big plus in the parking situation in Amsterdam. Leonora and Erwin were easy to reach and always there for us when we had questions. Super nice hosts! Thank you so much dear ones!

Do not hesitate to go there! It is the perfect getaway! Everything is well thought, well decorated, we felt so quickly at home and at peace. There are some houses and neighbours around the house but you might only see them when you arrive and leave. The place is private and quiet. The view is exactly like the picture, we spent evenings looking at the sky, the birds, the rabbits and the cows. A great place 😊

We had fantastic days again; we were allowed to stay here for a 2nd time, now in another season. The accommodation is very cozy and has everything you need (and much more) for a wonderfully relaxing stay in a truly beautiful setting, where there is a lot to do and see. Very nice owners and Bertina is an absolute top host in every way. Her fresh, healthy and varied breakfast is also not to be exceeded. T Veldhoentje gets a big 10 from us! We'd love to come back.

Inge is a pleasant person and ready to help (offer to do laundry). Some sweets were waiting for us upon arrival. The accommodation is pleasant and good location. Recommended.

It is a beautiful accommodation overlooking the lake. The accommodation is small but it offers everything you need and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. There is also a parking lot directly opposite and very good restaurants and shopping nearby. It was a dream to wake up every day overlooking the lake. If the weather cooperates, you can also swim there. Will definitely be back :)

We were three friends staying at this Airbnb, and we had a wonderful experience. The place was clean, spacious, and had a great vibe overall. There were games available and even some travel guides and magazines to help us plan our outings. The host was incredibly helpful and always available, he lived just behind the house, so it was easy to reach out whenever we needed something. All in all, it was a beautiful stay and a perfect getaway. Highly recommended!

Had a great time. The hot tub was heated for us and it was a wonderful place where we could relax and enjoy. Nice ducks and chickens walked around and also their sweet dog came to say hello from time to time. A friend of ours was stranded on Epe in the evening and they were also so kind to offer a ride to pick her up! Super sweet people, we felt completely welcome and enjoyed it tremendously! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. A place we will recommend!

What a great stay I had! Kelly and Pieter are very friendly and had a few more good hiking trails and tips for eating. Also slept wonderfully. Will definitely be back next year!

We wanted to be in a quiet and green place, the accommodation perfectly met our expectations! Very comfortable and with everything you need. It is in the middle of a rather impressive eco-district due to its diversity of architecture. A walking tour is nice. The bakery is a must-see because everything is excellent!! Ardjan, Milou's husband, welcomed us and introduced us to the accommodation. He and Milou were available if we needed anything. Good location to explore the surrounding cities: Utrecht, Amsterdam, the wildlife reserve north of Almere and the view of Amsterdam, even as far as Kroller Muller!

We were there for our anniversary and wanted to spend a relaxing little break for two. The accommodation was perfect for this - even in rainy weather we could make ourselves very comfortable and felt very comfortable. The place was perfectly equipped for our needs and we lacked nothing. Communication was super easy and we got recommendations and had a flexible check-in and check-out.

The accommodation is beautifully designed - stylish interior, cozy atmosphere and a huge highlight: the large bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and sauna. Above all, the location is also unbeatable and right by the forest. Pigs, pheasants and chickens are in adjacent enclosures. Pets are welcome and the hosts are easily accessible. All in all great! We hope to book this place again soon :)

The cabin was incredibly peaceful, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to escape the city for a relaxing weekend. It’s an ideal spot for reading a book and enjoying walks in the surrounding area. If you don’t have a bike or a car, be sure to pack some groceries before arriving, as the closest supermarket is a 30-minute walk away. The projector and record player added a nice touch to the experience.

Jasmijn place is wonderful. It's beautifully tucked away between the trees and the lake. It is walkable to the near by bus stop and is close to this amazing restaurant by the beach. I booked for almost 2 weeks and had such a comfortable and peaceful stay! Jasmijn's place is equipped with everything. Its small but still efficient and spacious. Jasmijn is very responsive and kind. I would definitely be booking again in the future. I felt right at home there!

We were very satisfied and had great days there. Very nice to come down and escape the ordinary for a short time! We only had concerns about the bed in the "attic" but I haven't slept in such a comfortable bed in a long time and the air conditioning also does its job! Communication was very nice and fast. We highly recommend the place!

Our girlfriend weekend in UNDRA was so beautiful! We didn't miss anything and we were able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the accommodation in peace.

The firmly laid houseboat offers a great, relaxing view of the water, the sky and the marina opposite - through the large windows and the good furnishings also directly from the bed. Everything is comfortably furnished and equipped and very clean, the check-in and the information provided are well thought out and organized. We had a relaxing time for two! (You should only be aware that the boat has a little "swell" in the wind, so it rolls a little in the water with the waves.)

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in the really tasteful & furnished with a lot of love for detail accommodation. Everything was super clean, in the kitchen we lacked nothing. The bed was very comfortable and the view of nature was very calming. A special highlight for us was the sauna and the spacious bathtub.

This was a great location for us. It was easy to get to public transportation, and the restaurants and shopping in the area were real close and easy to use. We found it to be a great base of operations for exploring the city without being in the center of the city.

We had a nice stay at Marlou's cottage. In the area you can walk and cycle endlessly and a number of Hanseatic cities are around the corner. The cottage is cozily furnished for 2 people with a great bed and a well-equipped kitchen. Things like coffee/tea and cleaning items were provided. Highly recommended for next time.

We had a very lovely stay in Jisp with Esther and Marc. Spacious accommodation in such a peaceful location. Our hosts were fantastic, so accommodating and helpful. We made the best of the weather with several days of cycling and relaxing. Public transport is excellent as to be expected. We would love to come back and explore more of North Holland.

This is an exceptional ABNB on so many levels. The location is excellent as Amsterdam or Utrecht are only a short train journey away. Abcoude is very pleasant with cafes restaurants and beautiful surrounding countryside all there to explore by bike or walking. The ABNB itself was immaculate and very comfortable with coffee and tea provided. Antje went out of her way to make us feel welcome and even let us put our paddle boards in the canal at the end of her garden! We would live to return one day.
