Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

This 3-room can accommodate up to 9 people and is therefore suitable for 2-3 families as it has fully fenced yard. The main house on the ground floor has a kitchen, living room and toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one toilet and a sofa in the hallway. In the second house there is one bedroom, toilet, kitchen and living room( extendable couch). Large covered terrace, well and fireplace, and there is a large pool 8x4m2 with a beach of 100m2, and a table tennis and volleyball net.

All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Bolara 60, the Cottage: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

The pool is equipped with countercurrent swimming system. House has his own private parking space and it has his own entrance and private yard. Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.
