Welcome to the gateway of the world! Located in the beautiful Thousand Islands and a 3 minute drive downtown Gananouqe and a 20 minute drive to downtown Kingston, you are fully surrounded by the beautiful St Lawrence River. This cottage is perfectly located for you and your friends and family to enjoy. With its extra large windows this luxury but homey cottage was designed for star gazing and watching the sunset from the comfort off the living room or its beautiful 10 foot kitchen island.

This home is located in Clayton, NY in The Thousand Islands. It resides on 11 acres bordering The French Creek situated on The St. Lawrence River. One mile to historic downtown Clayton. Spacious back deck. This is a pet friendly home. New fenced in back yard. All new flooring. New paved driveway. New larger firepit. Imagine vacationing on a beautiful lake with everything you need to enjoy time on the water – kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, pedal boat and rowboat. . Inside is a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, central air-conditioning, walk-in shower and soaker tub. We have an entire house R/O system, so all the water from every tap is perfect. DO NOT BRING BOTTLED WATER. To swim you must paddle out to a raft. There is a small sandy beach with a wading area for the little children.
