One of the best places we've ever stayed on vacation! The house was beautiful and kept very clean. So much character and history. Peter and Darlene were gracious hosts, very welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. Would absolutely stay there again!

Such a great place! We had an absolutely fantastic weekend at this charming country home! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and welcomed. The house was beautifully decorated, had a hot tub and a pool, and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful countryside setting was perfect for our family getaway—plenty of space for the kids to run around and explore, while the adults enjoyed the serene views and fresh air. It was one of the most relaxing and most memorable weekend getaways we've ever had. The host was also incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing great local tips that enhanced our experience. This country home was the ideal retreat to unwind, reconnect, and create lasting family memories. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming escape from the city. Kirsten was so gracious in letting us book same-day after we had a bit of a renovation crisis at our home and needed somewhere nearby to escape the noise and chaos. The accomodations were cozy and charming, and so thoughtfully appointed that we fell in love with it immediately. It was just what we needed - welcoming and restful, great water pressure, a large comfortable bed, even farm-fresh eggs and cream waiting for us in the fridge! Beautiful and peaceful area. Lots do when it comes to amenities. Kids love kayaking and playing at the playground.

Our family had a great May long weekend in the Grand Chalet. The kids enjoyed all the amenities and it was a great place to spend the weekend. Kevin and Melissa go the extra mile to ensure your stay is complete with a nice bottle of wine and sparklers when we arrived. We hope to be back!

This was my very first experience booking an Airbnb and it was beyond my expectations not only was Wayne our host and of course his lovely wife more then kind and generous, but the whole journey from the beginning to the end was amazing! We had a wonderful weekend at the orchard :) We were travelling with a baby and a toddler and this was the perfect place for them - very safe, great area to play, amazing pool. It was very clean and even the furnitures seemed brand new. Ryan and Khristal were wonderful - they replied very quickly and were so flexible. it really shows they care about their Airbnb. It's very difficult to find something in the area and we would recommend this property to all We would definitely go back in a second !! See you next time !!

We spent an unforgettable Thanksgiving weekend at Robert’s house. This house is more than just an accommodation, its a whole experience of slow countryside living at its best. The house is beautiful, filled with light and books. It is well lived in and has everything that you might need. We were happy to find the fully operational kitchen as we needed to cook the Thanksgiving dinner. Even though we brought a lot of cooking supplies with us, we could totally skip it - the kitchen has everything that you might need. The heating works well, we only needed to turn it on for couple hours in the evening. Robert was proactive and left us very detailed instructions. So if you hesitate whether you should book this place or not, let this review be a sign for you. Come stay at the Bell house and let your dream of a cottage in the woods cme true. Great experience, was fantastic

Great place for a family vacation even in Winter. Pool table-game-tv room was great - we could shoot pool and do a puzzle while watching a silly movie or show. Hot-tub was nice and fire pit was lovely. We were steps away from downtown and several restaurants - we didn't cook but the kitchen is nice.

I think this was our 3rd time staying at Eddy's. The place is great and just what we need. Clean and modern. Eddy is friendly and accommodating. We'll probably stay again.

We had an amazing time at Don and Lindita's place! The hosts welcomed us with a basket of goodies and we felt right at home. We learned that we were the first guests after a recent renovation and the place looked incredible. Very thoughtfully laid out with everything at our fingertips. The hosts were super responsive to any questions we had and made it super easy for us. We had a ladies weekend and we were a group of 8. We had plenty of space for everyone to play board games and hang out when it rained and when it was sunny there was plenty of outdoor activities to do with the available kayaks and canoes. Lots of nature to see in the area too, we stopped by Rock Dunder for a quick hike, which the host recommended and the views were amazing. We would love to come back again!

Tracy’s place is better than the pictures. The home is perfect for sharing space with family. There was so much room to spread out and some excellent spaces for all of us to hang out together. The property is very private and peaceful with lots of wildlife! We saw deer just outside the house several times. The lake view is fantastic! Wish we had more time and better weather to checkout the property. Thanks for a great stay Tracy!

Perfect Executive Cottage with Waterfront Access! We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home. The house is spacious and luxurious, with an open-concept layout and amazing high ceilings in the living room that made it feel even more grand and inviting. It was the perfect blend of an upscale executive retreat and a cozy waterfront cottage. The entire place was impeccably clean, with all the amenities we could ask for—everything from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and plenty of space for our group to relax and unwind. The host was extremely thoughtful and accommodating, allowing us full access to all the amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. They were also very responsive, providing toys for the kids and anything else we requested, making sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this property enough! Whether you're looking for a place to work remotely or simply want a relaxing weekend getaway, this home offers the best of both worlds!

If anyone is looking for the perfect getaway spot with family and friends, this lovely river retreat has it all!! Gorgeous property, loads of space for guests to gather together or all have their own little small magical experiences. This home has everything that could be asked for. Location was easy to find and access, yet felt fully private and removed from the rest of the world. This place is set up for entertaining and relaxing, I was impressed from the moment we opened the door. The house is spacious, airy, and incredibly comfortable. Everyone felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked, whatever you can think of was there, and the bedding and furniture were so fresh and comfortable. Extras everywhere! Our hostess Julie was amazing to communicate with. From our very detailed access instructions, to responding quickly to any questions, she made this weekend a phenomenal one. Julie has created a riverside oasis for any group big or small, and we would happily come back!

Absolutely fantastic. wish I could give it 10 star cuz we were in poor condition after riding on a bike in extreme rain for hours. Her apartment made us Cozy and we were able to dry all our equipment.

We loved this house and it’s serenity. Our visit was in winter and we had an inconvenient and delayed in checking out of the place due to weather conditions and host was very understanding of the situation and very cooperative at all times. We were 11 family members in total and we enjoyed our stay very much.

We booked this beautiful place with 9 of our friends and the place was so serene and spotless. Randall was so helpful and provided clear instructions. We felt the calmness and nature surrounding us in every corner of the house. We enjoyed kayaking and especially the hot tub. This place is close to nature and we enjoyed every minute in this place. Worth staying. Worth every penny!

I couldn't have a found a better place relax with dog. Everything was so pleasant and peaceful. Would definitely recommend and I hope to return again in the future.

My husband and I stayed a night at this beautiful gem, It was so peaceful & relaxing. Very easy to find and quick responsive host (Johanne). We ate at the poutine truck across from the Chinese restaurant and it was very good but I think next time we would opt into cooking or just get a pizza. Johanne gave us a few recommendations on places to go and showed us around the farm with cute 🐓. Would def recommend and we will be staying here again in the future. 😌

Alex was a wonderful host, who not only helped to salvage my family’s almost ruined Christmas (before we found his home) but made it one of the most special Christmases we’d had together. His personal touches and his Christmas decorations made it that much more homey, warm and comfortable. He even set the table for us for Christmas dinner and had the fires roaring when we arrived. It made it so special that we booked a few extra days because of how welcome and at home we felt. It truly was a home away for the holidays. Alex was great with communication and very accommodating. He even loaned us some binoculars for bird watching. The house is lovely and cozy and has plenty of room and plenty of activities for a family to feel comfortable and at home. Including; books, games, videos, puzzles and colouring books. There is a lovely back porch with wicker furniture off the sitting room; that I can’t wait to sit and sip tea in the next time we visit! Hopefully this coming summer.
