Miro’s place actually exceeded our expectations — it was even prettier and more comfortable than we had anticipated. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the washing machine was a real plus. Best of all, the patio was a delight for early morning coffee and end-of-day dining al fresco. The apartment’s location was perfect for us — away from crowds and the hurly burly, but in pretty easy walking distance of all the attractions that interested us. Finally, Miro was a pleasure to deal with — welcoming, responsive, informative, helpful, and kind. We would happily stay again with Miro.

Schöne Unterkunft mit einer sehr schönen, privaten Terrasse. Liegt direkt am Busbahnhof, sodass die Altstadt innerhalb von 10 Minuten einfach zu erreichen ist. parken Ost etwa 5 Minuten entfernt für ca 15€/Tag möglich. Vor dem Haus ist nur ein kurzes Halten möglich, was das Aus- und Einladen erschwert. Ansonsten alles top.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, idéalement situé dans le quartier de Lapad. Le quartier est calme, agréable, et très bien desservi, à seulement 10 minutes en bus de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik. De plus l'appartement est parfaitement conforme aux photos et très bien équipé. L’appartement se trouve à proximité immédiate d’un grand supermarché (Tommy), de nombreux restaurants, ainsi que de magnifiques plages, facilement accessibles à pied. L’hôte a été particulièrement réactif. Il nous a recommandé d’excellentes adresses pour manger, ainsi que de superbes lieux à visiter pour découvrir les plus beaux endroits de Dubrovnik. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Kate's place is beautiful, located in a peaceful neighbourhood of romantic historical villas, flowered roads, and sea views! An easy walk both from the Old Town and a lovely beach in the other direction. Kate and her family were very welcoming, the apartment clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we could have needed. With sea views from the apartment and the terrace. We loved our stay in Dubrovnik, thanks Kate!

Very nice apartment and great host. The main attraction is to be close to the sea. Fully “les pieds dans l’eau”. Perfect for a good swim from the wooden platform. The host has several masks, snorkels and fins for use.

C est la deuxième fois que nous revenons. L accueil est très chaleureux. Nos hôtes sont fantastiques et toujours disponibles. L endroit est paradisiaque nous y avons été avec nos 3 enfants. L appartement donne sur la mer avec ponton privé et permet de passer une très belle semaine. Que dire de plus si vous aimez la tranquillité, le soleil, la plage, la nature et un appartement bien équipé allez y!!!! Bonus Si vous aimez en plus courir avec un peu de dénivelé vous êtes au bon endroit. Je recommande vivement Merci encore à Antonella et sa famille pour l accueil et merci pour le gâteau aux pommes😀

We had a great stay at the apartment. The beds were large and fine and the showers had good pressure but took a while to heat up. the decor was tired but this was more than made up by the wonderful terrace. the location/views are stunning and there are some really good resteraunts nearby. sunbeds and paddleboards were available free of charge and there's a private mooring where you can swim and sunbath. We loved it and go return tomorrow!

This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The apartment itself is perfect - modern, clean, with everything you could need. But the best bit is everything else - the property is on a small farm, and the family go out of their way to make you feel welcome. You are also minutes from the most amazing beach. Niksa and the family are extremely welcoming hosts. It’s the perfect place to stay!

The location was near some nice restaurants. We were hiking through the area so it was the perfect place to stop. We couldn't find the place initially, but they came to give us a lift when we told them where we were. The apartment was small, but managed to sleep 3 of us comfortably.

The apartment and terrace were a peace of tranquillity after the bustle of Dubrovnik yet only a short walk away. The views from the windows were stunning. Kate was incredibly welcoming and flexible and made us feel at home. Although it was only one night, we would have like to stay longer.

This was a great place.bus is about 200m away bus 1a or 1b takes you right to the old town. When going to their home be sure to ask the bus driver for your stop. Some buses don’t announce and the drivers are not so helpful. The 24 or 72 hour bus pass was helpful. Great, quiet and lovely place.

Un accueil très sympathique de Ana. Un bel appartement moderne, bien organisé sur une plage magnifique. Une épicerie de proximité à côté de l'appartement et un agréable petit restaurant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un lieu exceptionnel de beauté.

Un grand merci à Zaneta et à son mari pour leur accueil, leur compréhension et leur gentillesse. Zaneta nous a accueilli avec un cadeau gourmand et avec un grand sourire. Merci à elle pour sa bienveillance. La communication et les conseils étaient excellents. Le studio est d’un grand confort avec une machine à laver et surtout avec un parking privé parfait pour la voiture louée. Un arrêt de la ligne 10 se trouve juste à côté pour aller à Dubrovnik avec un arrêt pour la cité. Cavtat est vraiment un joli village avec de beaux restaurants, le studio est vraiment bien. Franchement, vous pouvez louer en toute sérénité. En prime, la climatisation ! Merci Zaneta :-)

great spot. as easy access as you can hope for in Dubrovnik. about 5 mins walk from Buza gate, even with the luggage. The walls of Dubrovnik are a must, and the combined pass you can buy online or in the tourist office allows access to the museums along the way. Make sure you read the terms though as there are days pass or multi day versions, but none of them allow second access to anything

The place matches the photo's. It is a nice and quiet Airbnb. The surroundings were very quiet, the town of Ivanica is very peacefull and still. At the end of the road there is the border to Croatia. We went to the river nearby to swim and stayed there for the whole day. We had the little 3 person appartment in the back. There was a little table with two chaires in front of it, but that was not very cosy. You can always sit by the pool, wich is nice.

Wir waren fünf Leute und waren genau sieben Tage dort. Als wir angekommen sind, kam uns Duro direkt entgegen und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Apartment entspricht genau den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Außerdem war es sehr sauber und durch die Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist wunderschön und zu den beiden Stränden unten am Wasser braucht man maximal fünf Minuten. Wir hatten zudem einen Mietwagen, den wir ohne Probleme vor dem Haus parken konnten. Duro hat dazu noch einen Grill, der jederzeit benutzt werden kann. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, kam von Duro schnell eine Antwort und jedes Mal, wenn wir ihm begegnet sind, hat er sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Wir hatten dort eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben die Tage dort sehr genossen!

Nous avons passé notre dernière nuit dans ce logement, très pratique car situé à 10mn de l'aéroport et à 5mn a pied du centre ville. à 40mn en bateau du port de Dubrovnik ou 30mn en voiture.pour avoir vécu Dubrovnik, Split et Zadar, c'est en fait le meilleur logement que nous ayons eu en Croatie. Du niveau suite 5 étoiles, tout est neuf, très propre, meublé et équipé avec gout. Les volumes sont très spacieux, le lit est un king size à 2 matelas, la cuisine est bien équipée, le salon est confortable, la salle de bain est top. Antun est très accueillant il nous a permis de laisser notre véhicule dans son espace jusque notre départ pour l aéroport, il est prévenant et très professionnel.

During a late-night conversation with Ana on social media, we shared our terrible experience with the accommodation we originally booked, and our plan to leave the next morning. However, Ana kindly offered us her own accommodation instead. Ana went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to check in early. Right from the start, Ana was incredibly helpful, even providing us with coffee and essential amenities. Our time there was truly enjoyable, especially because of the beautiful beach nearby, which is a popular spot for locals. If you have the chance, don't miss out on visiting the beach bar, where you can savor a refreshing beer for just €3. Moreover, the accommodation is conveniently located only a 5-minute drive away from Ston, and there's also a restaurant and mini supermarket just a few minutes away. Great parking and positioning too! At night, we spent our time on the patio, playing numerous card games while listening to the soothing sound of the waves.

This apartment is beautiful, elegant and peaceful! The details make it a pleasure to be in, and it was so comfortable! It's at least as big as it looks in the photos and has so many nice extra amenities, like a make-up mirror, and towel warmer. Mirej was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful. The location is beautiful: near the north Buza gate, it takes some stairs up and down to get there, and then from the apartment it's a stairway that goes down into the main street. I wish we could have stayed there longer and will definitely remember this place for a future trip to Dubrovnik!
