We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was very comfortable and had the right amenities for a comfortable stay. We were also very pleased with the location and everything it had to offer.

This is a wonderful spot! we now visit this beach every year. Beautiful beach, pool, and surroundings. Super safe! Lying in the hammock on the balcony and listening to the ocean is the absolute best! we cooked all week and had mist everything that we needed. Super easy to do day trips to Vieques and Culebra from this area, as well. Don't hesitate to book your stay!

This place was very nice. Loved being able to sit on the balcony. Great open concept in the Livingroom/kitchen area. One recommendation: we booked for a week, and had to live out of our suitcases because there were no dresser/drawers in any of the bedrooms, this was an inconvenience for some of us. One room had a closet so they were able to hang up their weeks worth of clothing. The pool was driving distance, I would book closer to the pool area. Only other major issue was we lost Wifi in the condo for three days into our vacation. It rained a few days, so staying in, we couldn't watch television. If these things are not important to you, then you'll love this place. Other than that, everything was great, and I recommend 100%.

Charles place was BEAUTIFUL! Spacious and fit us 7 girls comfortable . Had all listed amenities . In house washer and dryer with laundry detergent was a huge help. Beds comfortable and water pressure in shower is strong . Stayed here for with a bachelorette group and it was so pretty ! Beautiful scenery worked out great for awesome pictures. The condo pool has alot of character , shallow and feels like bath water . So beautiful . Only downside to pool at condo is that it closed at 7 pm. I feel you should definitely rent a car when staying here as it is pretty isolated and no personal golf cart to use anymore . Beach is near by but everything else is pretty far . Can eat at Hyatt resort but very strict on rules to enter grounds (must have reservation , cannot have on resort or swim wear and only 2 people max) . Charles had great recommendations and good communication. I def would stay here again ! The scenery and condo itself is 10/10 !

The house is beautiful, everything you think you may need is there. I took my husband to Puerto Rico for his birthday and when I tell you, the house did not disappoint. Everything was amazing. The beds were super comfortable. The house was very clean. The house has everything that you need to go to the beach, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards everything surprises me I’ve never stayed in an Airbnb that was so tentative to guests like it was just perfect. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed, I was able to cook a few days while I was there. It was so nice and peaceful like just being on that side of the island in Puerto Rico. Everything was just perfect. We definitely wanna go back and we definitely will be rebooking this house again because it was just a perfect stay. The host Cisco was great with providing directions to the house, very attentive, even allowing us easier access in and out of the property, which made it so much smoother. Amazing home! We (family of 4 including a 15 and 12 year old) had a great stay in Rio Grande. The apartment was safe, clean, well stocked, and super close to El Yunque and Luquillo. SJU is approx 40 mins away. Groceries, restaurants, and abundant roadside stands also were close by. We especially loved the Rico Pan 2 and Frutería stopping for sweet treats on several occasions. The beach wasn’t exactly swimmable, but during the week we had it mostly to ourselves which was nice. Sunrises were glorious and peaceful as very few people were out there. We chose to spend some time in San Juan, the coffee plantations in the mountains and exploring Ponce, Mayaguez, and Agaudilla. Traffic was a test in patience doing that, but we were on island time and happy we explored other areas. Glenda was an excellent, responsive hostess who answered any questions we had, even the ones with obvious answers. Thanks much for a wonderful stay in PR!

My family had a great stay here. The internet was a bit slow and Netflix would freeze up but this really didn’t spoil our stay at all, since there were plenty toys and books as well as dvds to keep our children entertained. Kitchen well equipped with extras such as coffee and seasonings as a nice bonus . Overall, very spacious and peaceful. Would happily stay again.

We loved our stay at Agua e Coco Villa! We were a family of 4 adults and 3 children, visiting the area for my brothers wedding nearby. Condo was well kept and clean. Kitchen was very equiped. Beds were comfortable. Great view of the beach. Fransheka was very responsive as needed.Our only comment would be that the couch was not very comfortable, I would consider getting something else. But we would highly recommend this place to others!

Playa del Yunque Aparment, es la primera vez que lo visito junto con mi familia.El área es bien accesible de la playa y la piscina. El apartamento queda en un 2 piso , pero tiene 3 piso que es espacioso , cómodo para tener un buen estadía. Contaba con los artículos q se necesitan…Agradecida con Sofía q cuando se le escribió respondió con rapidez…

Highly recommended for friends visiting PR. Vanessa and Carlos were a text away- quickly response and reliable. The place is peaceful and spotless clean. It provides all that you need to make you feel like home. Beautiful views. Tranquil environment. It was hard to say goodbye to our Airbnb, so we decided to extend our stay after some family members left. Our hosts -Vanessa and Carlos- found accommodations for us within the same apartment complex. Thanks 😊

We planned our vacation around our daughter’s golf tournament, and this apartment in Rio Grande couldn’t have been more perfect! It was super close to the course, which made tournament days so much easier. Having access to golf carts was a huge plus—dropping her off on time for her pre-tournament routines was quick and stress-free. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The community felt safe and peaceful, and we really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The host was kind and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other golf families visiting the area!

Our Family of five had a great stay. This unit was exactly as described, clean and very near the areas we wanted to explore. We appreciated the gated entry with security on staff at all times. The kitchen had everything we needed for the at home meals that complimented our dinners out. The 3 bedroom—4 bed setup was exactly what we needed. Great beaches nearby (there’s a closet in the unit that has complimentary beach items ), El Yunque was an 8 minute drive and Carabali Adventure park just a few minutes more. Short drive to Luquillo kiosks and the drive to the Ceiba Ferry for our trips to Culebra and Vieques was only 30 minutes away. And a picturesque drive to San Juan was still very manageable. Proactive communication from the host was great and responses were very fast.

There isn’t enough great things to say about this place to truly describe how wonderful it is !! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures. Also the host is excellent! Communication is excellent. Super kind and truly cared. We had a flight delay and the host Rebecca stayed up and in contact until we were safely checked in. But the check in process was so thoroughly explained and a breeze. Rebecca truly cared that my Family and I had a great time celebrating my Mom’s birthday. Gave great recommendations and checked in with messages. The location is awesome - the view of the resort is very beautiful with a lot to do and a great restaurant called Roots on location. Also El Yunque is awesome! So much fun. Luquillo is hands down one of the best beaches I’ve been to with calm waters. The Amigo grocery store is close as well with a lot of great options for groceries. This place is literally my favorite Airbnb and as stated before the host Rebecca is awesome and communicates thoroughly. Thx!

Shubin was such a great host. The place is great - clean, spacious, and the deck is really nice. TV and Soundbar speaker were great to have. Great proximity to beach and also to El Yunque for hiking. Good food spots in the area as well

What a special place! The Villa has been completely remodeled with great taste and wonderful amenities. From the moment you arrive it is a sensory experience as you encounter a bright space with wonderful views, surrounded by windows, airy and nature comes inside. Smells amazing, towels and linens are premium quality, the cluster common facilities are the best in the whole resort, pool, ice for the coolers, trimmed grounds, quiet and peaceful. It is ground level, very accessible. Parking not an issue, recommend you hire owner's golf cart to move around and enjoy the beach clubhouse for residents with a nice beach, pool and grill, careful with undertow. Highly recommended, definitely coming back.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was as clean and comfortable. Host was very friendly and kind. Any problems we had he solved them to the best to the best of his ability. 10/10 recommend!!! Has great views and very peaceful. I loved it!

I loved this Airbnb. I purchased it because it is near all of the activities which include zip lining, Carabalí adventure park, a short drive to Luquillo beach and the boat terminals, and it’s about 35 minutes away from San Juan. It’s also about 20 minutes away from go karts and Walmart. The penthouse itself included a whole lot of amenities that were helpful throughout my trip. They have everything you need for the beach and it’s clean. They have games, cards to tell you how to make mixed drinks and TVs in every bedroom. It also has pots and pans, as well as coffee machines and blenders. In summary, it is extremely convenient and true to the description. I recommend it to anyone driving around PR.

Nice place right on the water with a kayak. The two rooms are completely separate units, each with its own washroom, side by side.

Richard’s place was fantastic. We had an issue with our first Airbnb in PR and he was able to accommodate same day. The area was perfect, quiet, and around tons of things to do in the area. There is a private beach you can access which made it even better. Would absolutely recommend and stay in again!
