We had a lovely stay at Lydia’s place! The condo was as described and our family enjoyed the space and location. We mostly enjoyed the pool and surrounding areas while we were in Loiza, and it was just what we needed for some r&r. Lydia was responsive and accommodating to a few minor issues we had- thank you so much Lydia for making our trip so special! For other travelers- we did not rent a car and used Uber to get to/from the resort and to the nearby grocery store. Took a little planning ahead but all in all was a great option for us and saved us a lot of $. I would recommend this rental! It was just what our family of six needed to relax and enjoy time together.

We enjoyed the beautiful view, with the outside deck being where we spent almost all of our time. The place was spotless and well appointed. In addition to the amenities located right in front of the condo, we also enjoyed walking to dinner at the restaurants at the resort next door. It was so easy and perfect for our vacation. Geoff was super responsive with any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again!

everything great but the uber do not arrive and the taxis do not pass through the area unless I agree that they bring someone in a way that I think without being a bad criticism but constructive would be an aspect to improve

It was a great place to stay for a few days before our cruise. Absolutely beautiful views! Great amenities in the condo. The property was a bit confusing and our driver couldn’t find “cluster 2” and we had to ask a few people for directions. Also hard to get any food delivered. We walked to the main hotel (through the golf course) and ate there. Food was great, but expensive!

We had a great time at Lydia’s place. We had plenty of space, it was very clean, golf cart was great addition, and great views! The king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back !

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in celebration of my 40th birthday. The view outside the living area and bedroom is overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This Airbnb was way better than my expectations, and the host (Euniz) always responded within 5-10 minutes of my messaging. Place was clean, comfortable (homey feel), easy to drive to, and had all the amenities we could think or want. It was such a blissful paradise! Restaurants are next door only a 4-5 minute walk at the Margaritaville hotel, but that place was much more crowded too. What we really enjoyed about this condo was that it gave you much more privacy than that part of the resort. This condo had a bunch of families and couples staying here, but it was not crowded as I previously mentioned. We are already in talks of planning our next visit and to stay here in the same condo under Euniz’s management. We’ll bring our 2 and 4 yo. This is a very safe resort for anyone else questioning safety. We highly recommend!

Rafael’s place was perfect for our party of 5, with ages ranging from 13 to 81. It was just as described/pictured and had everything we needed and more. Rafael was so responsive. The beds were comfortable (my husband and I had the firm bed and my mom had the soft one) and the single beds worked out great for the two teen boys. The grounds were lovely with so much to do, despite the lazy river being closed. As others have mentioned, there is not much right around Aquatika so having a car was super helpful. We took a local tour west of San Juan one day, did the bioluminescent kayak trip in Fajardo, snorkeled with sea turtles, explored Old San Juan, hiked in the rainforest, and my husband and older son played golf twice. It was an incredible trip and we are so grateful we had such a nice home base. The pools and beach were great. There are a lot of wild cats and dogs around but they didn’t bother us. I highly recommend Rafael’s place. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

Maria's place was great! Maria was very responsive and kind. The beach, kitchen, and infant amenities were extremely helpful when traveling with a family. It was on a dead-end street of a neighborhood within a 5 minute drive to the beach and about 15 min to the rain forest. There is a grocery store, bakery and gym nearby. Thus, location and host are highly recommended.

Alli’s place was just as expected. Lots of little things left for you to make the first day easy like trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach. We had power outage issues (as did all of PR) but Alli and Derek were very responsive to help us navigate. They are very knowledgeable of the area. Our kids loved the experience. No issues with security. A short drive from the airport to give you the feeling of not being in “the city” but still close enough to everything you need.

This place is incredible. Multiple people in our group said they slept like a baby every night. Fall asleep to the sounds of Coquis and wake up to the sound of songbirds. We came in mid-March. It got a little chilly at night, and perfect during the day. So many people were asking me about the place when I posted on social media. We left yesterday. I already miss it.

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

Our family of seven, including three children and two grandparents had a great weeklong stay here. The first floor location, right next to the pool and playground were perfect for our group. The unit looks exactly like the pictures and had everything needed for a beach vacation - beach chairs, bag chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, etc. We enjoyed the beach at the end of the complex and a couple of nearby beaches with calm water for the kids and older adults. The market right outside the condo at the main road had many of the essentials we needed and we were able to pick up everything else at the walmart about 20 minutes away. The location is perfect for those wanting to spend time at the rainforest, beach and old san juan. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay at this ocean view apartment in Puerto Rico! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beach, and the views were absolutely stunning. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing week, including beach towels, toys, a cooler, and chairs. The property itself has great amenities like a pool, basketball court, and a playground with swings, which was perfect for our kids. Communication with the host was excellent—he responded quickly and was super helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back again!

We had a great time in PR for my daughter senior spring break trip. Our rental was nice, clean & quiet. The beds & sheets were comfortable & the A/C kept us cool. We appreciated the beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels & cooler. There were plenty of bath towels & extra blankets as well. The hosts were quick to reply with any questions we had. We would stay here again. It was very close to the rainforest entrance & not far from Luquillo Beach or the excursions on the East side. We didn't get to take advantage of swimming in the ocean in front of the condo complex as it was red flags all week. We kinda expected that though from all the research we did ahead of time. The north shore beaches are generally too dangerous for swimming, especially in the winter. The beach was beautiful & natural though. You can walk in either direction. Loved all the palms & pines. The pool was the perfect temp. We would take a dip after exploring for the day. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.

This property is located inside of Wyndham property You need to go through gates to get in makes everything feel very safe and comfortable Place was very nice as how it’s described and the owner was very responsive Really like the place.

Never met Lee but the host was very helpful for anything we were looking for . From food the fun , shopping and comforts I would differently come back here

Such a beautiful space, very homey and breathtaking views. Margarita was very quick to respond and was very accommodating throughout my stay. One of the best places I’ve stayed by far!

Book now! Glissette’s place is beautiful. Extremely clean and well taken care of. She is extremely organized and has thought of everything. Our kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys for the beach. Having access to the golf cart to get around the resort was helpful. The beds were comfortable. The patio was a great spot to have coffee and enjoy the views. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful place in a great area. I can’t recommend this place enough.

My family and I travel to PR yearly. We had orrignally booked at a different listing that turned out to not be a fit for my family despite the good reviews. There were too many issues that shouldn’t have been knowing your space is being used by anyone. I travel with husband and two toddlers. Sebastian’s place was a quick find, but also the perfect fit. Clean and well maintained residence, nice views of the area, responsive and near the areas we usually go to. Wish I would’ve booked here first! He worked with us and helped the trip to end well. The host/listing makes all the difference when you travel abroad and I’m so happy we got to experience a good outcome with Sebastian.

The place was beautiful, one of the best airbnb i ever stayed. Views were breathtaking apt better than the pictures. Place was spotless🤩. Kathy was the best host ever. Even do she was in Peru she never stop communicating. We were very grateful for everything! We are returning 100%!!

Beautiful, peaceful and worth every cent paid. You'll definitely need google maps to find the location. But let me tell you that nothing beats waking up every morning with a cup of coffee and enjoying the scenery from the balcony. The home was able to host our family and guests of 8 comfortably. The pool was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Yvonne's home to anyone. She was great, communitive and suggested local spots. Can't wait to go back!
