Perfect location right next to the pool and beach access. It was easy to get to every place we wanted and the parking was right next to the building. I spent most evenings on the patio with the gorgeous view of the sea, listening to the water. So relaxing! When there was an electric outage across the island, Josue let us know up to date news. He had just installed a backup generator that lasted 7 hours with low usage. When it ran out, he came and installed a backup battery and brought 3 low electric usage fans (they were excellent!) … all within 20 minutes. An outage was exactly what I worried about - the baby had refrigerated medicine - but Josue was immediately responsive. No need to worry because of all the backup systems Josue had in place including his immediate responsiveness. The apartment had beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, pool floaties … just everything you could need to be comfortable. We hope to come back!

Really appreciate Hugo for all that he did. My family and I had to book this Airbnb last minute and he accepted right away and even allowed us to check in early. My family is very appreciative and we hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you!!

everything great but the uber do not arrive and the taxis do not pass through the area unless I agree that they bring someone in a way that I think without being a bad criticism but constructive would be an aspect to improve

I rated our week-long stay at Lesley’s Villa a Rewarding 5* Lesley was always quick to respond; her villa was just as she had described; the view was great and it was very peaceful. Our family of seven, including three children and two grandparents had a great weeklong stay here. The first floor location, right next to the pool and playground were perfect for our group. The unit looks exactly like the pictures and had everything needed for a beach vacation - beach chairs, bag chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, etc. We enjoyed the beach at the end of the complex and a couple of nearby beaches with calm water for the kids and older adults. The market right outside the condo at the main road had many of the essentials we needed and we were able to pick up everything else at the walmart about 20 minutes away. The location is perfect for those wanting to spend time at the rainforest, beach and old san juan. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

… Sharon you where the best host ever! We stayed so many places in PR but you were the best. I have to say that this property is huge, so much space, great location, gated community,close to everything! We are Family of 4 and wanted to stay outside of San Juan but close to beaches and this was perfect choice. Two parking spaces are great to have. Pool was nice to have after long day at beach evenings at pool were great! Groceries and restaurants just across the street you can easy walk if you dont have the car. I just wanted to thank you for checking on us and Thank you for letting us stay at your property! Until next time :)

We had a wonderful visit to Luis's condo. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed for our month long stay. The unit was clean, spacious, and well laid out. We had guests visit using the second bedroom and everyone had great visits. We loved our long walks along the beach which had very few in any people on it. We visited some of the more popular beaches, but due to crowds our favorite was the one adjacent to the condo. Luis was a very responsive host. Thank you Luis! We hope to visit again.

Wendy is an amazing host- very quick to respond to any needs. We had a little issue when we first arrived with the keys not in their spot, so had to wait, but other than that everything was fine. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of toilet paper and towels. Beautiful balcony which we enjoyed using the grill many nights. There is a small supermarket at the end of the road for any last minute needs. The only thing we were a little bummed about was the fact that there really is no hot tub on the property. (Very run down and gross/dirty, and luke warm....) But the beach is beautiful and the main pool was fine to use to cool off. We felt very safe in the area. Overall it was a great place to stay for our family's spring break vacation.

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

Jose’s place is perfect between all of the excursions for us and we were so glad we chose to be here instead of old San Juan. It was secured with 24/7 guards, great community and a few steps away from the beach. It is as described with all the amenities. Don’t hesitate to book here!

The hotel, grounds, restaurant and coffee bars were all amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful. The location is nice as it’s close to San Juan, El Yunque, etc, but not in an overly touristy area. Plenty of entertainment on site with pools, corn hole, ping pong, basketball hoops, Bon fire. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Great location for a couple or a family stay. The only thing to be aware of is that pictures and description are from a stock of photos. The actual room you are slotted is chosen at the time of your arrival.

My husband and our daughter stayed for 12 nights. When we walked in the condo smelt clean. Everything was neat and not dusty. The area was secure and the neighbors that live in the condos full time are very nice. The pool was right downstairs with access to another near the beach as well. Which is walkable. I had several questions throughout the stay just about places to eat as my teen is picky with food. Not only were they answered promptly, but she could relate. Communication with Yaitza was smooth and she was great to work with. We would most definitely look into renting with her again!

The place was clean and private. It was safe and worked for our stay in the area.

From start to finish, we were not once disappointed with this BNB. Jay was responsive and very helpful from check in to check out. This location is great. There is a well-stocked local supermarket just a few minutes' walk from location. The pool is well maintained and clean, the beach that is on premise is very nice and relaxing. The price of the accommodation was well worth it, the security on premise is adequate and helpful for recommendations.

It was 10 of us and we had more than enough space. They were very responsive. Beautiful area and house. Love the pool. I highly recommend.

We loved our stay so much! This was a great fit for our family of seven. We had lots of beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the furniture was really nice and everything was well taken care of. We really appreciated how there were lots of things there for us to use, like a cooler for us to take our lunches in every day on our adventures, chairs , umbrella, Sand toys, balls — all the things that we could possibly need. Gretchen was really easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. We would definitely recommend this for anybody! We had a great time. Thank you so much.

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Larry’s place in Luquillo! The location is absolutely perfect—just a one-minute walk to a stunning beach with both fun waves for surfing and a more relaxed spot for lounging and swimming. It was such a peaceful and beautiful area, and we loved being able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted. The home itself is a great base for exploring the island. We did several day trips and found it super convenient to get around from Luquillo. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the abundance of fresh fruit around the property. We were hoping the guanábana would ripen while we were there, but it kept us guessing! My daughter especially loved checking for fresh eggs each morning—such a fun and unique touch to the experience. Overall, Larry is a fantastic host, and this place has a wonderful, laid-back vibe that made our trip to Puerto Rico really special. Highly recommend!

STAY HERE! Perfect spot for a small family. And some of the best hosts we’ve come across on this app. We booked this last minute due to a bad experience we had at a different air bnb. Annie offered for us to check in early because we explained the situation. Very responsive, kind, and helpful. The location is perfect. Beach, pool, rooftop, hot tub. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. Book it. You won’t regret it.
