Μονόχωρο studio 35τ.μ. με διπλό κρεβάτι. Θέα από το όρος Βελιά ως τον Ερύμανθο και την πόλη Καλαβρύτων. Πρόσβαση στον 3ο όροφο μέσω εξωτερικής πέτρινης σκάλας. Αυτόνομη θέρμανση, πέτρινο τζάκι, μίνι ψυγείο και ηλεκτρικό μάτι για ροφήματα. Η σοφίτα διαθέτει εμφανή ξύλινη οροφή. Δεν διαθέτει μπαλκόνι, αλλά υπάρχουν κοινόχρηστα μπαλκόνια και αυλή.
