Everything is perfect, although when checking in we did not find the remote control of the gate, Eduardo responded immediately to solve the problem, delivering a solution. Everything that the description of the house is fulfilled, it is a great place to go as a family and the house is in perfect condition, there was nothing we needed and it hasn't been. I would definitely go again.

It's a beautiful place to disconnect from the routine and take advantage of the connection with nature, local flora and fauna and with your loved ones. It is a very quiet place, with beautiful and affectionate community dogs, you could breathe in the tranquility and harmony. This is a lovely one bed apartmentnwith a superb view. We spent most of our one-month stay in the balcony looking at the passes-by and beach activities at Las Conchitas beach. The team of consierges was helpful and friendly and the apartment is located a short walk from all grocerie stores, bakeries, drugstorrs, etc. Fully recomme ded.

A magnificent property with a clear and reasonably wide view portion of the beach. Very large windows in the master bedroom, and the main room made the apartment, very bright and cheerful. It was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the beach area. It’s a wonderful town where people are friendly and most seem genuinely happy. Victor was very highly proactive in ensuring our day went well. He willingly accommodated our request for a late checkout and was completely understanding when I told him I had broken a dish while washing dishes. Victor also brought us beach towels upon request. One of the kinder hosts you’ll ever meet. I don’t think it’s mentioned in the listing, but there is a small swimming pool on site, with a sitting area around it.

The apartment matched the description, I liked that it smelled good when I entered, it smelled clean, and it's nicely decorated. Vehicle access to the condominium was complicated for me, because the control never worked for me and I had to ask the concierges for help. (I tried many times) The communication when I mentioned this took a long time and didn't solve the problem. Anyway, despite the observations, I'd love to go back. Thank you so much.

An excellent place with all the amenities. The cleanliness and furniture are in perfect condition. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for a first-class stay. The host is a seven, always attentive. The apartment is just like the pictures, very cozy, it never felt cold, with everything at hand for what we were offered and the environment was very quiet and private. My stay was very brief and now in April with colder temperatures, but in summer it must be a delight to be there since it has a beautiful pool with everything to enjoy, gazebos, dining room, dressing rooms, regal armchairs, great, you just have to go and enjoy Papudo in Mariano's apartment.
