The house also has a ground floor with a kitchen and a bathroom, so the house can accommodate 9 people. The house also has a large summer house with a barbecue. Nearby there is a shop and 2 restaurants, a small and a large ski run. There are also the most beautiful viewpoints nearby. Pokovica poseduje odvojenu sobu sa singl i fancuskim ležajem, galeriju sa velikim francuskim lezajem, opremljenu kuhinju, kupatilo, veliki dnevni boravak, dve velike terase, kamin na drva i podno grejanje, kao i rostilj za goste. Sauna i jakuzzi se dodatno naplacuju i rezervisu unapred.
