Located in the residential and business complex Titova Vila at 1,000 m above sea level, in a quiet location, surrounded by pine forest, the apartment is 15 minutes walk from the lake in the center. From the accompanying facilities, the complex has a museum-restaurant and a magnificent Spa&Wellness Center Jadran with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, gym and salt room that are available to guests. Use of the spa is not included in the price of the stay.
