In a private pine and holm oak, camphor and strawberry tree forest, among rosemary and oleander, a house on three independent levels, designed and built in the 1960s by the architect Luisa Castiglioni according to modernist canons, opens to the view of the mouth of the Magra river and the Apuan Alps whitened by marble. The house can only be reached on foot: you park in the area inside the property, near the vegetable garden and, through a hundred steps among the trees, you reach the house.

It is accessed through two independent entrances, from the main one you enter the bright living room, of which a part is lofted with three beds (a double sofa bed and a single one), through some steps you go down to the well-equipped kitchen/dining area and to the first bathroom with shower.
