The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) easily involves you to the living space. You really sit in the (swimming)water of the clean lake. Easily accessible (20 km from Amsterdam, 15 km from Utrecht, 3 km from the A2). Bicycles available; battery-powered boats, a sloop, and a sailboat available for rent. Sleeping among the sheep in the city of Utrecht

Close to the city center of Utrecht, this beautiful and spacious accommodation is located on our meadow, surrounded by our grazing sheep. The location of the chalet gives you a lot of privacy, and from the living room and bedroom, you have a wonderful view of the meadow and orchard. In February and March, the lambs are born inside the barn. Of course, they can be admired, and in nice weather, they will be outside during the day. Bike rental on location possible. Free parking on private property with a charging station.

It is a lovely detached cottage with air conditioning with all the comforts in a very rural setting in the spacious garden of our farm from 1703. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, a living room, spacious kitchen with all appliances and on the ground floor a spacious bathroom with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. A puppy nursery is located on the property. The entire property is located in Eemnes. Only 30 minutes by car from Amsterdam and Utrecht and the bus stops almost at the door.

The chalet is placed in a unique location close to the beach and a view over the bulb fields + dunes. The accommodation is located next to our beautiful riding school; we try to take our guests into account as much as possible with regard to (noise) nuisance, but we do work to take care of our horses.
