Really wonderful. You had everything you needed, it was super clean and someone was available for questions or any other time.

The place is perfectly matching the description, spacious, functional and complete with everything. The pool is really beautiful and the host is always available and very very friendly.

The place was great, very cosy and warm, well equipped, the host was very responsive. There is another apartment upstairs (the office) with another bed, restroom and even a little kitchen corner. The house has very thick walls, which was great because the noise from the fireworks didn’t bother us and our dogs at all (we were there for the new years). The garden is beautiful, the pool must be great during the summer. ☺️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

For us the accommodation was perfect, the villa is divided into two separate apartments, ideal for a Family and Friends holiday.

The extensive property suited our group very well. We were a family of 6 adults and 6 children. The lovely pool , pool side kitchen and large surrounding garden gave us all plenty of space to enjoy time together. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to buy bread and other essentials in the small shop (open 7.30 - 14.00) but a car is essential for trips to supermarkets, restaurants, places of interest. The owner kindly offered to order us local cheese and olive oil. It was excellent, but expensive. One can also buy very good vegetables and eggs from the neighbours. We had friendly, helpful service everywhere we visited. Pula, Fazana and Rovinj are certainly worth a visit. We were fascinated by the variety of insects. Many butterflies , beetles and small scorpions. Great if you’re a mini beast fan! Just remember the mosquito repellent. All in all we had a wonderful time!

Perfect stay next to Umag. The house is perfect and very well equipped. Everything you need to stay for great holidays. We were there for Istria by UTMB event and it was a perfect location for this.

Magnificent place in Vizinada! The view of the valley and Motovun is breathtaking. This home was our base camp for exploring Istria during our 4-night vacation. Had the weather been a bit warmer we would have jumped into the pool. Instead we kept ourselves warm with the fire wood stove. The only thing missing was a microwave but overall we had everything we needed. Lovely house and location.

Dalibor is a great guy, very polite and easy going. We liked the house a lot and we had everything we need. We recommend this to everyone!

This is our second time staying at the house. Beautiful place, old renovated house, very comfortable for four people. We really enjoyed both terraces, the covered BBQ area as well as the pool. You could relax and unwind. The neighborhood is beautiful: vineyards, olive groves, and encourages bike tours and walks. Town: Fiorini has a very nice atmosphere, it is quiet and peaceful. Host Catarina is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!.

Ivana and her husband leave nothing to be desired in the accommodation. The house is so incredibly well equipped that you feel right at home. Ivana takes care of her guests from the time of booking until the time of departure. My questions were answered very well and in detail within a few minutes. Ivana has valuable tips on food and activities. She and her husband are very warm and hospitable. They arrive specially for the farewell and give their guests gifts. We were very happy in the house and felt very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We booked this house because of the pool, jacuzzi and great outdoors which we loved! The interior is a bit outdatet but very clean and in good condition. Would definitely book again. Thanks for having us!

Goran's place is a beautifully renovated medieval villa, spacious and filled with natural light. It has all modern amenities and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Goran is a great host, very responsive and helpful. As we were arriving on a Monday evening, he sent us restaurant recommendations and other useful information. Motovun is an enchanting medieval fortress town situated atop a hill, surrounded by peaceful green hills. It's a perfect location for exploring the whole of Istria, as driving to any coastal town takes around an hour in the low season. Motovun has fantastic restaurants that serve sublime meals made from locally sourced ingredients, including truffles and asparagus. I highly recommend Goran's villa and Motovun for those seeking a unique experience of the beautiful Istrian peninsula.

Beautiful house with heated pool. Depending on the outside temperature between 20 and 24 degrees in autumn. In the house, everything is super clean. The kitchen is well equipped, coffee capsules and even dishwasher tabs for the first few days are available. Towels are also sufficiently available. The contact was super easy and in German with Sanjin. We were even able to get into the house a little earlier. He had brought us fresh fruit and vegetables from his own farm and given us restaurant tips. We were completely satisfied.

Beautiful, modern, fully equipped house with pool and garden, very spacious living/dining room, 2 large bedrooms, each with bathroom. Spotlessly clean! The house is very quiet. Ideal for guests who value nature and privacy, where shopping and a very well-maintained restaurant (La Grisa) are a few minutes' walk away. The place is ideally located to explore Istria: a few minutes drive away are a well-known wine resort (Meneghetti) and olive oil producers (Chiavalon; Nono Remido). Rovinj, Porec, Pula and NP Brijuni are within 30-50 minutes drive. The hosts are extremely professional, accommodating and friendly. I had made a mistake when booking, which was handled with the utmost goodwill. Thank you very much for a great stay! Great recommendation!

We had a wonderful vacation, our accommodation had a lot of private space and at the same time Patrik and his family let us participate in their life. We learned a lot about the unknown Slovenia. Patrik spoiled us with natural products and showed great hospitality. From here, you can make many interesting excursions.

We stayed at Damir and his family's house for a week in mid-September. Although the hosts live above, you can enjoy total privacy and tranquility. The house is very clean and the garden as well as the pool are also very well maintained. There were pancakes to welcome us and Damir was always available for questions throughout the stay. Unfortunately, we had some bad weather, but got new firewood for Damir's fireplace every day. The place is definitely a place to relax and we can wholeheartedly recommend it.

We had a great time at Alen’s place - nicely remodeled historic house from his family. Reflecting the heritage and respectful to the surroundings. House has nice big bathrooms, nice living room with a big table for having breakfast. Nice yard safe for the kid and dogs. We took a walk recommended by agent from the house to the water as well did trips around Istria given the central location we had all highlights within 30-45 minutes. Alen was nice, responsive and provided us with support we needed. His local Austrian welcome gifts were also a very nice and appreciated touch. This is a place to visit again for sure. The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area was very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly like the pictures. Thanks to Josipa and her husband for the nice welcome, the uncomplicated handling and thus for the great holiday :-)

This place is gorgeous and clean, in a peaceful, stunning location. The house is really well-outfitted for a family or group. Unlike so many rentals, the home is equipped with extra towels, spices (not just salt & pepper), cooking utensils, and and the things you need. Josipa is a great communicator: super responsive and helpful and she even lent us bikes for our stay. Thank you!

This place is awesome. The photos correspond to reality. Spacious rooms, well air-conditioned, privacy, comfortable beds with pleasant bedding, just everything very stylish! The outdoor area with pool offers some cozy seating and reclining options. We would book this place again. The hosts are very likeable.

We enjoyed our stay at Mariza's cabin in Labin. She was welcoming and always available for questions and tips. Felt right at home. She even greeted us with an umbrella for us to use since it was raining outside

We had an great stay at the property. We especially liked the private garden with the pool. There you could relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The house and hosts were also great.
