We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The host was extremely friendly and flexible with our check-in/check-out requests and communication was very smooth. The apartment was exactly as described and the bed was very comfortable. The location as well was wonderful, as the free beach was 10 steps away from our front door😃 I really recommend this apartment.

The flexible 'check-in' as well as the flexible 'check-out' were very good for us, which we had a long journey. The personal account cat at check-in and the explanation of the house, the house and pool technology were great and greatly contributed to a great and relaxed holiday start. You could just feel comfortable in this property. The view over Lake Balaton and the great sunsets - you can go on vacation. The tips in the Carolin and Geoff area were very helpful. The infrastructure in Balatonfützfö is also overly good. Conclusion: A repeated vacation with the use of this great accommodation is not excluded from our point of view.

Importantly, the management team is always open to receiving feedback to enhance visitors' stays, taking it seriously to ensure high standards are met. The images posted by them accurately represent the furnishings found in the apartment. If there are no restrictions on the number of adults, the apartment can comfortably accommodate a family of 4-5 adults and one child. The beautiful Lake Balaton is just a 2-3 minute walk from the building, where you can rent small boats or yachts, swim, or visit the children's playground, equipped with swings, slides, seesaws, and more. If you are seeking a peaceful environment, this is the perfect location, as it offers a serene retreat away from the bustle of Budapest. However, the M7 motorway provides a quick connection to Budapest,with a travel time of approximately 40 minutes by car

Our stay at Lake Balaton Sunshine Apartment was an unforgettable experience. The cozy, clean apartment met all our needs: we easily prepared delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and rested in the comfortable bed after sunny beaches. The panoramic view from the roof terrace was simply breathtaking, and dining under the starry sky in the evening is truly romantic. Anita, the host, with great tips, helped us discover the best places in the area and was always available for any questions we had. Walking in the nearby forest, cycling on the shore of Lake Balaton and exploring the cozy small towns all contributed to a truly colorful and memorable holiday.

Everything was very clean and the place is beautiful and peaceful. Location is great and close to the lake.

Close to train station, restaurants, and entertainment. The parking lot is paid all over Earth. The accommodation was very well equipped and nice. Thank you. 🫣

Honestly? You probably can't have it better with other accommodations and landlords. At most equivalent, but that would be very difficult for them to achieve. Mariann has actually set her quality incredibly high in everything. I wish I could stay everywhere so well.

It is a spacious apartment in the living area and bedroom that makes living with four very pleasant. David is super nice and very eager! We had great days... recommended would/are bicycles because everything is very spacious, in Siófok.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation near Lake Balaton. The property is absolutely spotless, with a luxurious feel throughout. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The outdoor space is truly stunning – a beautifully maintained garden and courtyard, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Another highlight was the charming wine cellar in the basement – a hidden gem that adds a lot of character to the place. Although no meals were provided, the fully equipped kitchen and nearby restaurants made it easy to enjoy our time. The pool was also fantastic – clean, peaceful, and ideal for warm, sunny days. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and peaceful getaway in the Balaton area!

This place is very strategic. It is right in the city center and only 15 minutes to the lake, which is not a problem as the view is enjoyable along the way. The owner may consider providing light snacks, tea, coffee, sugar, coffee sweeteners, or other basic items to welcome guests, just a little something to welcome guests who may be tired after their trip. They provide a coffee machine and kettle, but we had to buy coffee, tea, or sugar beforehand. Bottled mineral water might be worth considering. Small chocolates as a welcome gift would be greatly appreciated. There is a supermarket in front of the apartment, but we would like to have drinks upon arrival. We experienced some difficulty communicating at the beginning of the process because we had many questions, and the responses were relatively slow, taking several hours. Although all questions were answered well, I had to wait quite a long time.

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful views and responsive and friendly hosts. The jacuzzi was amazing and the apartment has everything we needed.

A perfect place for a quiet holiday! Great location – close to both the beach and the beautiful park. A huge advantage was the quiet neighborhood (we were out of season), which allowed us to really relax. The building has a swimming pool and a wellness area – just one floor up, a very convenient solution. The apartment is well equipped, we didn't miss anything, and the covered terrace turned out to be the perfect place for morning coffee and evening rest. I definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed staying with Eva very much. The apartment is very cozy and it has everything you need. A highlight was the fireplace in the garden. The children enjoyed the toys in the apartment. We were able to do a lot in the area.

Great clean apartment with stunning views. We had a great time.

Arrival was a bit difficult at first, we came from the other side and the path was very difficult to pass by car (cars that are structurally lowered, would have had massive problems with passing through) but after arrival the passable path was explained (actually real path). Check in was straightforward and went pretty fast. Accommodation was relatively clean (a bit dusty) but otherwise there was nothing. The outside pool was even heated especially for us in demand for the evening. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and very nice. We would love to come back anytime. Check out was also straightforward and quick.

We stayed at Judith's place for a week. Unfortunately, we met her daughter and her husband, Judith, who was sick. The hosts are very nice and the daughter speaks German very well. The apartment is very nice and well equipped. There were four of us and we were very comfortable. We can warmly recommend this accommodation and if we would like to go on vacation again with Judith again.
