House vacation rentals in Zalamea la Real

Beautiful and spacious place that matched the photos. Pool was great on the 100 degree days. Home is filled with interesting art and books, avoiding the sterile feeling at some other places operated by a rental company. Check in was simple as a person met us there and showed us around. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and close to markets and restaurants. Had a great stay.

Staying at Stephanie's place was a joy. We immediately felt right at home. Stephanie and Javier were quick to provide local recommendations, property was beautiful and the views were stunning! Any questions we had were quickly answered, the pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake. Thank you for a wonderful week! Lydia and friends x

We had a lovely stay at Joaquim’s place. It is a large studio space (possibly a former dance studio?), with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the swimming pool and it was so welcome in the heat. Joaquim was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and also provided good information on Moura. The supermarkets are conveniently close at hand, and everything in the town is walking distance. We tried a couple of restaurants - Vermulhudo and André’s - both really good with a lively atmosphere. We climbed to the top of the tower at the castle, had a boat trip at the Alqueva dam, visited the oil press museum and generally enjoyed Moura which is very pretty. Thank you for having us, we would love to come back.

We loved this house. It is beautifully designed and every detail has been properly thought through - from top to bottom. We particularly loved the plunge pool and roof terrace, the two shower rooms, the comfy bed and proximity to the town square (a 5 minute walk). The decoration is modern but Portugese in flavour and there are lots of lovely touches like the wonderful coffee machine, the extensive collection of teas and a welcome bottle of wine. Excelente alojamento numa zona tranquila e agradável. A casa é muito acolhedora, cuidadosamente decorada e equipada com tudo o que é preciso para uma estadia confortável. Á chegada a casa estava bastante limpa e organizada. O terraço é perfeito para relaxar, aproveitar o sol e refrescar no tanque. A repetir, seguramente!

Casa con mucho encanto, es dificil plasmar en palabras la magia que se siente al estar dentro y fuera tambien, la piscina maravillosa. Mucho gusto y cariño en cada rincon.

Maria has such a special house renovated and cared for in every artistic detail from the special tiles peering out from under the roof to the beautiful motifs and craftsmanship interwoven all throughout the house. The view from the balcony is one that allows you to sit for hours - morning and evening, it’s a magical setting of the river and a Portuguese village across from it. The beds were extremely comfortable and the duvets very warm. We were entirely enchanted by this perfect Spanish house in a lovely atmospheric real local village. The region is wonderful - 1.5 hours from Seville and near some great spots in Portugal. We will surely come again. Thank you for the perfect place to spend my birthday weekend!!!

You could not ask for a better location! Daniel’s apartment is absolutely beautiful with a unique Seville design. You can tell each piece of furniture and art were thoughtfully chosen and really add to the ambiance. It’s only steps away from the Cathedral and Alcazar as well. I could actually hear the Alcazar garden peacocks from the rooftop terraces. Daniel kindly left us a bottle of wine to welcome us and provided recommendations for many restaurants nearby (although you do have your choice of cafés just out the door). Isabel met us to show us around and give some quick instructions for the place. The beds/pillows in each bedroom were comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. A large fan was provided in the main bedroom which helped to drown out most of the outside noise of cars and horse hooves going by. There are two nice terraces, one perfect for coffee in the mornings or wine in the evenings and a second perfect for viewing the cathedral or a sunset. I highly recommend!

Hele mooie en huiselijke woning met alle gemakken die je nodig hebt. Zeer stijlvol ingericht. 2 airco's wat goed uitkwam tijdens ons warme verblijf. belangrijkste ramen voorzien van horren dus geen last van muggen. Een vaatwasser ontbreekt maar die hebben wij niet gemist tijdens ons verblijf. Bedden slapen prima; harde matrassen maar daar houden wij persoonlijk van. Nina heeft ons bij aankomst rondgeleid en is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Rusige omgeving. Af en toe een treintje overdag maar daar heb je geen last van.

An authentic stay in a very peaceful and secluded setting. Good value for money. Some things could do with updating in time (kitchen, utensils etc), but can't complain considering the very reasonable price. The pool was lovely and outdoor space was perfect. It was our first time in Portugal and we didn't mind travelling to beaches etc from the location as we were able to enjoy the rural countryside and quiet roads. If you like a peaceful, quiet retreat then this is a great place to stay.

El sitio es espectacular. La casa cuenta con radiadores, aparte de una chimenea y Luis el anfitrión está atento de todo. No nos faltó de nada. Se puede aparcar cerca de la casa. Muchas gracias Luis.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful house. Lovely pool and gardens, great location near shops and across the road from a tapas restaurant. Takeaway coffee at the pub 2 min walk away. Really enjoyed our stay!

This was a phenominal airbnb, I honestly think it was even prettier in real! Every room has its own bathroom and aircon, it was spot on clean and surrounded by lots of great restaurants and bars. Jose answers any questions within minutes, thanks a lot for the wonderful stay.

Beautiful house in a quiet and quaint country town. The house is HUGE.. each bedroom is spacey with its own bathroom. Great for families - high chair, cot, lots of toys for young kids and the pool was beautiful. Close to beautiful villages and a few river beaches. Highly recommend.

Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Haus von Filipa und Paulo. Wir waren als kleine Familie zu Besuch und empfehlen es jedem weiter. Unser Baby hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte viel zu erkunden im Haus. Für uns erwachsene war es schön Abends in der ruhigen Gegen zusammenzusitzen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Alojamiento perfecto en El Rompido, la ubicación es excelente, al lado de todo pero a la vez muy tranquilo. La terraza de arriba es ideal para disfrutarla en la noche, con vistas directas a la ría y la flecha del Rompido. La propietaria está pendiente y la persona que recibe y enseña la casa, un encanto. Perfecta también para jugadores de Golf, los dos campos del Rompido a diez minutos y algunos de los mejores de Portugal a menos de una hora. Para repetir.

Geschmackvoll renoviertes Haus am Rande des Dorfes. Sehr sauber, man kommt an und fühlt sich direkt wohl. Gute Ausganglage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

en famille nous avons tout de suite été mis à l'aise par notre hôte. je recommande a 200% piscine ok jardin ok et de nombreux endroits dans le jardin pour se poser détendre etc.

Beautiful, spacious 2BR flat right in the heart of old town Tavira. The roof deck was wonderful. Perfect location for just about everything you want to see or do.
