I visited the falls and National Park in the afternoon so I wanted somewhere close to avoid a long drive late in the day. The house is close by and east to find. The surroundings are peaceful. There is a restaurant next door or a better experience for dinner a 10 min drive recommendation from Sasha. The bed was very comfortable and the room was perfect for a relaxing short stay.

This is a room in a small hotel. The host family is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. Plenty of parking, and only 10 minute drive from the park. Comfortable bed. WiFi is just okay if there are a number of users on the network. Breakfast is good and well priced for the area. Overall would recommend staying here.

Miloš and Alex are great hosts — everything was very well explained. We reached earlier than the check-in time by couple of hours and Miloš obliged and kept the room ready for us, which was much appreciated. The breakfast spread was excellent. Miloš even offered to drop us at the national park entrance on the first day, as he was passing that way, though the walk to the park is very scenic (30–40 minutes). The bus stop was very nearby and convenient for travel to Zagreb or Split. Overall, we had a great time. We visited in early June, so the elderflowers were in full bloom at his place — very scenic and beautiful. We would definitely recommend staying at Miloš’s place.
