House vacation rentals in Zakinthos

The villa is beautiful and in a lovely quiet location within 15 minute walk to nearest shops,bars and restaurants. We loved the pool and patio areas with it being so clean. Stathis was very helpful with organising our transfers and quad bike hire. We will definitely be returning very soon!

Perfect!!! - Olga's accommodation was as described, even more beautiful on Site. Everything was clean and the accommodation very well equipped. Olga and her family gave us a very warm welcome, always responded super quickly to messages and inquiries, and were very helpful. Also we always had our privacy at the accommodation. The outdoor area with the pool and the available seating areas is particularly beautiful and ideal for barbecues. We really can recommend Olga's accommodation to everyone!! Also the location is perfect and much quieter than in Lagana Town, where the party is. The town is easily accessible, and the many other beautiful places on the island can be easily reached, for example, by rental car. We would like to thank Olga very much for the wonderful time we had, the refreshing dips in the pool, and the fantastic hospitality. We have never experienced this kind of hospitality in any other Airbnb - Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and beautifully renovated—we immediately felt at home. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. The villa managers and owner were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations and even assisted with bookings. They cleaned the pool, changed towels, and made the beds during our stay. We also received a lovely basket with snacks and fruit. Communication was quick and incredibly thoughtful, and they did everything to accommodate us, including offering early check-in. The only downside (at least during our stay) was some noise from the olive oil factory next door, due to trucks coming and going. It didn’t bother us much, but those looking for quiet should be aware. A car is definitely needed, as the location is remote, but it’s a great starting point for exploring the island. Overall, we highly recommend this place and truly appreciated the outstanding service.

Perfect two night stopover, super clean, great team

This vacation was genuinely one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. The hosts are not just great hosts, they are truly amazing people. I am never the type of person to leave reviews, but the hospitality that my family and I received here was something I’ve never experienced. This will forever be the place I stay when visiting the island. It’s a rather private place, and within a 5 minute drive from the main strip. If I could leave a 10 star review I would.

An amazing holiday, with friendly and very helpful hosts in Sybille and Eckhard. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped, the pool is stunning and the views to die for. Lots of seating around the property to maximise the shade and fans or air con in the bedrooms at night. We spent time in Agios Nikolais at the beach and in the friendly cafe perched over the water. Favourite restaurant among many only 10 minutes drive away was The Old Windmill. Definitely the best holiday we have had for a long time.

The B&B is exactly like the pictures and very beautiful.The landlady was welcoming and friendly and also prepared wine and wreath, so lovely!The room is modern and sophisticated and full of surprises.There are many shops to eat at the door and a supermarket.Because it is outdoors, there will be more mosquitoes, and you need to be careful.

We had a fantastic stay at the house! It’s perfectly located, super clean, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped, everything we needed was there. Spyros and Magdalini were incredibly helpful and kind, always available and full of great recommendations that made our trip even better. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again! We had an amazing stay at Casa De miro! We loved the house, especially the pool area!😎 Spyros always responded quickly with great answers to our questions, and the on-site host always greeted us with a smile and nice conversations. As a conclusion everything was great about our stay on Zakynthos.🌟

We had a wonderful vacation in Lithakia on Zakynthos. The accommodation was lovingly furnished, very well equipped and we felt right at home – exactly what we were looking for! Mavra welcomed us warmly upon arrival and even organized two sun loungers for us on request! Two authentic taverns are within walking distance, which is great in the evening if you don't want to drive again. And the café of Mavra and Spyros is also highly recommended – lovingly run and really delicious. We had a really great time and have taken the island and especially Mavra and Spyros, to our hearts! Thank you both for the warm hospitality! We will definitely be back!

We were very lucky to stumble across this tranquil villa. From requesting to book to the point of checking out, Savvina was very helpful and swift with replying, with some great suggestions to certain things we wished to do. We were met by mama nena on arrival who showed us around the villa and made us very welcome, with the added kindness of some lovely homemade produce, the following day we were totally spoilt with the arrival of a delicious pie. The villa was in a quiet area, which we were looking for, with a very short drive to the nearest beaches/taverners. We took in some beautiful sunsets and an amazing sunrise at the villa. We absolutely love our stay! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos – the decor is stylish and tasteful, with thoughtful details in every corner, and everything is spotlessly clean. The amenities are complete, completely exceeding our expectations! Special thanks to our wonderful host who is incredibly warm and attentive! From providing clear check-in instructions to promptly answering all our questions, and even offering great local travel tips – we felt genuinely cared for like friends. We wouldn't hesitate to choose this place again if we have the chance to return!

A beautiful house where we felt completely at home! Marilena's parents live next door and were incredibly sweet and brought some treats every day <3 The hot tub is also great! There are not many amenities nearby, but with a car it is a nice base. There is a lot of commotion in the neighborhood: many dogs and chickens live in the area who are also chatting at night and a lot of work is done on the land from early in the morning, for us this was not a problem! If we go to Zakynthos again, we will definitely visit Marilena again!

Thank you Stella for a great stay in your apartment. We enjoyed the time in the apartment very much. Everything was lovingly furnished and as shown in the pictures or the description. The welcome package was especially nice when we arrived (bread, fresh tomatoes, olive oil, honey, wine, etc.). That was really a nice surprise! The regular cleaning service was also great, that's really a great service for a vacation apartment! We had a great time and the apartment is conveniently located, especially if you want to explore the quieter part of the island. We can recommend it without restrictions!

Despite being located in a very lively neighborhood at night, the apartment is not disturbed by noise given the sheltered position from the main street. The house is simply gorgeous. There is a garden in front of the veranda that makes everything even more pleasant. The host Dionisis is very friendly and kind. He brought us fresh bread more than once, as well as products from his garden. We were also allowed to postpone the checkout by a few hours, which is not a given. An experience we would gladly repeat. Highly recommended!

If you love holidays, typically Greek and among locals, this is the place to be. Agios Leon is a small mountain village nestled in this wonderfully green island. There is nothing missing in the large and modern apartment. And if so, the charming and very helpful lady of the house lives on the 2nd floor and is happy to help. Conversations are easily possible with a translation app. We found a sparkling clean apartment and a well-equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator + cooler. As a welcome greeting, delicious apple cake was ready and a bottle of water was in the fridge. 2 comfortable box spring beds, large wardrobes with hangers and 3 balconies make this accommodation perfect. If you are a light sleeper, you should take earplugs with you, because the dogs and roosters in the area do what they are supposed to do, bark and crow. Nevertheless, we can recommend this place without hesitation.

We had an amazing holiday at Cas Alma. Panos was so pro-active in getting in touch, and offered us lots of useful information and recommendations. The accommodation was faultless, super comfortable and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was provided and the beds were very comfortable. Would love to return and would feel in good hands with Panos. Excellent host and accommodation.

My boyfriend and I were on the island for the first time. The place was perfect. Quietly located but not sloping. We were warmly welcomed and got tips for our stay. No matter what you needed, Paganitos took care of it and was available around the clock. They were friendly, warm, and open. We also fell in love with the cats who visited us in the morning and evening and were hungry. Of course, we gave them food and water ;) We would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The house is right next to a tiny beach with deck chairs. There's a kayak for guests to use for free, too. Georgios is very nice and helpful.

We were very happy with the place. It was clean and Andreas responded quickly when we had a WiFi problem. As is customary in Zakynthos, you had to throw toilet paper in the trash.

This location is amazing. It is located in the village of Bochali (on a hill next to Zakynthos town), outside the crowded tourist centers. A beautiful house with multiple balconies that all have privacy and a magnificent view. There are several restaurants within walking distance. You can walk down in 15 minutes, to Zakynthos town, and by car it is 20 minutes drive to various beaches in the area. Angelina is a fantastic host. She always responds immediately, is very kind and helpful. Just rightly a super host! Excellent beds. We were here for the second time. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed at the accommodation for 1 week and were extremely satisfied. Communication was great and easy. We received a response within a very short time and they were there to help us with every question. The property is in a very quiet and idyllic location, which is relatively close to the harbor. The accommodation is very minimalist but your nice lady who comes to clean does a great job, so you feel comfortable. If I were to visit the island again, I would definitely choose the same accommodation.
