Family-friendly vacation rentals in Zagreb

Great host! She accommodated our check in to our late arrival!Nice apartment, just as described; very comfortable, clean and spacious. Close to public transport and within walking distance (15-20 min) to interesting places, like the botanical Garden. 8 min car ride to upper town and historial areas, as well as shops and restaurants. We had a great time in Zagreb and thanks to our host who was so nice and accommodating and offers a very comfortable place to stay!

This was one of the best stays I've ever had. Silvija and her husband were incredible hosts. I arrived late and they were at the apartment to meet me with no problems. The apartment is spacious and every thing is brand new. The area may be a bit far from the center for some. However, I was very familiar with the location and was a primary reason for booking it. I felt comfortable and at home. I was even invited to watch Croatia in the world cup matches. That was an amazing experience as I was able to meet and hangout with local people and feel the emotions of the game. That time was priceless. I would recommend staying at their place to anyone. Great time. And whenever I am back in Zagreb I would stay again

The apartment was very comfortable, and had everything needed for a short or long stay. It was very easy to get to downtown using the trams, there are two lines that stop almost right in front of the apartment (so we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a tram) and they leave you in the central square.

Let me tell briefly, my stay was great. Felt like at home. Super clean, very well designed apartment. Very nice neighbourhood, walkable distance. Very happy and will be looking for free days for my next visits. Hvala!

Mladen’s place was great! Description was accurate and it was a nice, quiet, clean place to come “home” to every day for our family of four. It is right next to Jarun park. We had some trouble finding the place initially because there are a few streets in the surrounding area with the same name, so better instructions there would have been helpful. Parking is private but it also wasn’t crystal clear which spots were dedicated to his unit but the neighbours helped us. We’d absolutely stay here again 🙂

Odsjeli smo u apartmanu s 2 djece i bilo nam je odlično. imali smo sve što nam je bilo potrebno, i apartman je jako uredan i čist. Kvart je super za djecu i isto ima sve potrebno u blizini, garaža je ogroman plus. Hvala i svakako ćemo doći ponovno!

Dom jest bardzo przestronny, czysty i pięknie urządzony. Okolica bardzo spokojna! Dom Gorana to naprawdę piękne miejsce! Blisko do centrum. Goran jako gospodarz to bardzo pomocny i konkretny człowiek. Zawsze sympatyczny i otwarty! Polecam każdemu pobyt w jego domu!

This is a really cute apartment. Comfortable. Bathroom is tiny, but it works. Great windows that open on to a quite courtyard. I would definitely stay there again!

Es war sehr schön bei Borka und ich würde dieses Apartment wieder wählen. Wenn man mit mehreren Personen reist und gemeinsam eine Unterkunft sucht, dann ist das eine sehr gute Wahl. Wir sind zu sechst gereist und wollten auf ein Konzert in der Arena Zagreb gehen. Das Appartment liegt ideal, nur eine Busstation von der Arena entfernt. Es war sehr sauber, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Vielen Dank Borka für diese tolle Möglichkeit!

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage! Sehr gut ausgestattet mit viel Geschirr! Wunderschöne Terrasse. Alles war sauber. Drei volle Schlafzimmer, sehr komfortabel.

Lovely homely feel. Vesna was very accommodating allowing us to drop our bags off and even left us some beer and biscuits.

Mein Sohn und ich haben die Weihnachtsfeiertage in Zagreb verbracht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr aufmerksam und fürsorglich. Sie hat uns sogar vom Bus abgeholt und zur Wohnung gebracht. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und alles Notwendige stand zur Verfügung. Der Gastgeberin war es wichtig, dass wir uns wohlfühlen und hat uns einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Zagreb ermöglicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

S Eevom je bila izvrsna komunikacija, sve smo glatko dogovorili, a stan je bio ugodan i uređen s osobnim touch-om, kao da smo upoznali Eevu, mada ju nismo osobno niti sreli :)

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, hell und freundlich, die Betten bequem. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Busbahnhof war sehr praktisch für uns, da wir nur auf der Durchreise eine Nacht Station in Zagreb gemacht haben. Domagoj war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir netterweise nach dem Ceck-Out noch das Gepäck unterstellen durften, hatten wir die Chance, die schöne Altstadt von Zagreb zu erkunden. Als Osterüberraschung brachte uns seine Mutter sogar noch selbst gebackenen Kuchen! Vielen Dank für die großartige Gastfreundschaft! Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und würden gern wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir wieder einmal nach Zagreb kommen.

Prekrasno mjesto, sa zanimljivim sadržajima, susretljivi domaćini.

Our extended stay at Sanja's house was spectacular. Loved the pool, river, location and the dirty kitchen. We put the bbq to good use! The air conditioning was a definite plus as there was a heat wave while we were there. We worked remote for a month and had no issues with connectivity or staying in touch with colleagues. Our two dogs were right at home and our daughter took over the downstairs apartment. Perfect! Sanja was so lovely and welcoming. Can't say enough about her and her property. Thanks Sanja! Highly recommended!!

What a beautiful, wonderful place to stay, I wish we’d had more time there to enjoy the private pool. Great host and loved the place. It wasn’t too far from the city centre by Uber.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable time in this lovely Vila and the beautiful area. The communication was great - we got answers for everything in a very welcoming and friendly, caring approach. The area is beautiful and the Vila gives you plenty of options for everyone to enjoy- the pool , the sauna and the pool table (we loved it !!) and the relaxing sounds of the lake. That was exactly what we needed before going back to our routine. Thank you so much for everything Maya Lana and Mia - We hope to come again in the future 🙏

Everything looks better than on pictures. We had great time and enjoyed in all amenities that this villa offers. Highly recommended!
