Vacation rentals with a patio in Zadar

Beautiful and clean accommodation, in the centre of Zadar, 20 min to the beach by walk, a lot to do near the accommondation. Flexibility of arrival and departure. Wonderful views (and sunset 11/10). I definitely recommend. 🥰

Accommodation as described. Very nice view from the terrace. Centrally located to bars, restaurants, etc. Small minus: bathroom a bit small. But it didn't bother us personally too much. I'd love to come back.

We were there for a girls' vacation and the apartment was perfect for us. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It looked like the photos and we were not disappointed. Everything was super clean and tidy. One of the highlights was the heated pool overlooking the sea 🤩 The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, we had a rental car and so everything was easily accessible. We were also often out and about with Uber without any problems. A few days before our arrival, we received a message from Blazenko with all the important information. Although we arrived very late on the day of arrival, he took a lot of time and explained everything to us. Blazenko was always available to us and gave us many tips. We definitely recommend the place.

Danijela is really a nice host! She’s always helpful and kind. The house is quite cute, clean and the surroundings are really quiet. I really had a nice stay here. What amazed me is the big makeup mirror.☺️

Our host Sanja was one of the friendliest people we’ve ever met. The apartment was spotless and very modernly furnished. Nothing was missing. Sanja was available at all times and even kindly allowed us a late check-out since our flight was in the evening. All in all, a highly recommended stay — about a 15-minute walk to the beach and 25 minutes to the Old Town. We would absolutely recommend it and would love to come back again.

The apartment is centrally located in a lively place. You can explore the entire old town very well from here. Highlight of the apartment is the small balcony (sleeps 2). There was one small and one large towel per person, a few coffee capsules and tea bags. We had tabs for the dishwasher and detergent for the washing machine with us. Communication with the hosts was very good.

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. The pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening by the pool.

The hostess was very accommodating. The stay was very pleasant and the accommodation really very clean, especially the bathroom and kitchen! The terrace was also very nice and lots of seating. We would really recommend the AirBnB and come back again :)

We had a fantastic time. Cottage met all our requirements. The family was always there when help was needed. Gave us privacy and Natalija gave us nice information for the area. We have benefited a lot. Completely relaxed.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: we were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said he couldn't decide for himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with toddlers are prepared.

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is a bit remote and wonderfully quiet – yet you can reach Zadar in just half an hour, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job – you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections for it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly – and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled with the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the barbecue, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Lovely stay in this apartment. Exactly as shown in the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable beds! Communication was great and helpful with restaurants and amenities nearby.

My family and I stayed with Marijana at the end of September. The place matched the description and was a relaxing experience with the pool. Our hostess was very warm, helpful and even regularly brought us fresh fruit from her garden and helped us with many great tips for the area. Unfortunately, the location of the place is not really central. In the surrounding villages there are small beaches, but you should consider having a car for exploration, as it is very quiet nearby and you have to drive a little further out for more action. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and we say goodbye gratefully from Vrana, Croatia. ❤️
