Wow, wow, wow! This apartment is exactly as described. Very central location yet so quiet, and I say that as a very light sleeper. The bed was so comfortable and the aircon made an even more comfortable stay. The kitchen was so well equipped, you could easily self cater here. The location is perfect, very very central to shops, bars, restaurants and points of interest. The bus stop isn't far either. We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. Do not hesitate to book here, we had a very peaceful enjoyable holiday.

The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk from all that Zadar has to offer. Ivan was always very quick to respond to any questions we had, both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend Ivan’s place for a holiday.

It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. A special mention goes to Andrea’s mum, who was incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Zadar: great location, great amenities, and truly warm hospitality!

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️

The landlords were very friendly and accommodating and always available to us. The hot tub was already preheated upon arrival. The apartment is small, but absolutely sufficient for 2 people. In addition, the landlords offered a transfer from the airport to the accommodation. Highly recommend.

Matea was absolutely wonderful, helpful, AND she even let us check out later. The flat didn’t felt like an airbnb accommodation - it felt like our own apartment. It had all the amenities, everything we ever needed, and it looks way bigger and more specious than the photos make it out to be. Extremely comfortable, cozy, incredibly well furnished… we’re speechless and we hope Matea will have us back next month.
