This property is perfect for large groups. We were a group of 10 people, and it accommodated us comfortably. The hot water and water pressure were excellent, and the room stayed warm enough that no heater was needed, even at the end of December. The house is a great base for visiting Zacatecas. Mr. Lopez was very responsive, even calling a locksmith late at night to help open one of the doors. There are nice restaurants just steps away, such as Dorados de Villa, and a few blocks away, you can find La Leyenda Museo Restaurante or Restaurant Viva México. Most attractions are walkable, starting with Museo Rafael Coronel. It's only a 10–15 minute walk to the Teleférico de Zacatecas, Plaza de Armas de Zacatecas, and Catedral Basílica de Zacatecas.

A modern bathroom features a sleek white toilet and a round vessel sink mounted on a wooden vanity. Light-colored tiles cover the floor and walls, creating a clean and airy atmosphere. A waste bin is positioned nearby, contributing to the minimalist design.

If you are looking for a quiet home with a wonderful view, definitely. This is your best option The house is very nice, the beds are very comfortable. The spectacular view. It is a quiet area and this benefits a lot since the cars are parked on the street. The only drawback was the internet that was intermittent, René was very nice and was attentive all the time trying to solve but unfortunately the internet was always intermittent and slow. Outside of this inconvenience the house I recommend it a lot 😊

We liked the house, our trip was family-friendly, they welcomed us with a big smile and a very affectionate hug. They told us that whatever was offered to us, they were there to support us and that's how it was at all times. A house with a homey vibe. Thank you.

The apartment is very cozy, rich beds, warm water for bathing, it has a nice view (you have to climb steps), it is a clean place and you feel at home. It is about 10 minutes from downtown by car. It's a safe place. Carlos is very friendly and attentive to you from before arriving and gives you recommendations for sites. Highly recommended
