Een heerlijk verblijf! Het huisje aan het water ligt bij diverse voorzieningen. Een mooi Winkelcentrum. Het Treinstation is op 10 min loopafstand daardoor ben je binnen 20 minuten in Amsterdam en Zaanse Schans 15 minuten. Het Strand, Volendam en Alkmaar allemaal op korte afstand. Het ontbijt moet u zelf verzorgen maar voor heerlijke broodjes kunt u terecht bij de plaatselijke bakker, deze is op loopafstand. Bij aankomst vind u diverse drankjes in de koelkast. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf!

Een lief herenhuis met een heerlijk ruime tuin op 3 minuten afstand van het treinstation, 10 minuten van Amsterdam en de Zaanse Schans. Je waant je soms op het platteland want ondanks dat je midden in het centrum van Zaandam zit, maken de vogels je 's ochtends wakker en door de niet doorgaande straat is het heerlijk rustig. Op een paar minuten afstand zit je op de Dam van Zaandam en met de Zaanse Schans en Amsterdam om de hoek, kun je alle kanten uit.

Eine tolle Unterkunft! Sie liegt direkt an einer Gracht und recht ländlich. Der Garten, in dem man sich aufhalten kann, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Man ist mit dem Auto/Zug recht schnell in Amsterdam oder am Strand. Gerne wieder!

The place is great, but teddy is an absolute gem. I was sick the night I came in with a bad fever. I was actually trying to cancel my reservation. But I couldn’t. I spoke with Teddy, he said he would take care of me and he did. He served me a big plate of fruits, gave me medicine, and was just so sweet. Honestly can’t say enough good stuff about the guy.

This was the first time I had been to Europe. Roos and Paul made my trip easier with their friendly service and super clean and safe house. I was travelling alone, and they advised me on the best places to visit. Roos and Paul also communicated very well before I arrived. Their directions on how to catch the train from the airport to their house saved me time! There are many choices for breakfast. Going to foreign countries and staying with local families is the best choice, especially for families like Roos and Paul. Thank you so much!

Roy's house is situated in a quiet local area, offering a peaceful environment. From the house, it's easy to reach Zaanse Schans or the A10 highway within 5 minutes. The A10 provides convenient access to Amsterdam Noord, which can be reached in 15-20 minutes. We parked our car at P+R Noord, from where we used a GVB day ticket (9 Euros) for our travels within Amsterdam. Parking at P+R Noord is just 6 Euros per day when you arrive after 10:00 am by validating with a GVB day ticket. Roy's house was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, especially with numerous toys that our children loved. Roy was friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to our questions. We were very happy with our stay at Roy's house and look forward to visiting again in the near future.
