Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Zaandam

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Willem’s place. The location was fabulous, near to the cathedral and right on the canal. The apartment was perfect for a long weekend away. The kitchen was well equipped, the space was clean and we enjoyed sitting out by the canal in the morning sunshine for our coffee. Willem and his partner were helpful and quick to respond to any requests we had, and made checkin and check out easy. We would happily stay there again - primarily for its fabulous location.

The harbor office was easy to find, check-in was easy and hassle-free. The apartment fully corresponded to the description. The highlight is the view of the Loosdrechter Ser. The supermarket on the opposite side of the street makes your shopping very easy. The central location (about 10 minutes to the highway) allows quick access to the sights. We'd love to come back. Wow! The apartment, the view, and the host were all amazing. The view will leave you speechless !! 😍 The space was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Communication was seamless, and our host went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. Check in and check out were very smooth. The thoughtful Valentine’s gift was such a special touch! Along with the host offering us late check out (which is always a bonus!) I couldn’t recommend this place enough for an unforgettable stay. APARTMENT: Fantastically beautiful view directly on Lake Jissel. Waking up in bed has never been more beautiful. Very quiet location, super nice hosts. Despite the advertised "dog apartment" very clean. AREA: A supermarket can be reached in 5-7 minutes on foot daily. A café is almost right outside the front door.

Absolutely the most organized hosts we have ever encountered! Before we even arrived, Kim and Michiel were helpful and communicative and remained so during and after our stay. They arranged someone to greet us at the residence. The apartment has everything you could ever want. We loved the work office, exercise room and balcony. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. They provide a thorough house manual and a things to do sheet that we referenced many times. Sandra was also wonderful. Everything about the home runs smoothly. The location could not be better! We enjoyed seeing the swans hatch and all of the local interests are within walking distance. Our stay was a month long. We would love to return someday. Thank you for the most wonderful experience we could imagine.

Lovely stay with everything you needed!

This is an amazing apartment! Both the unit, the furnishings and the building as a whole feel brand new, Surprised that the walls separating apartments appeared to be concrete so not a sound is heard from the neighbors and the gorgeous floor to ceiling windows do a great job of blocking out the sounds of the city while letting nothing but that incredible view come through! The view is west facing so nightly sunset viewing becomes an event. Michiel and team are terrific hosts, meeting you upon arrival to check you in comfortably and answer any questions. This place is upscale living at it's best - highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful three-day stay in Amsterdam! Tanju was incredibly welcoming and warm from the moment we arrived. He took the time to recommend many places to visit, from must-see tourist spots to lesser-known local gems. Thanks to his advice, we were really able to fully enjoy our stay and discover unique aspects of the city. The apartment was impeccable, comfortable and perfectly located, which made getting around very easy. Again, thank you for this exceptional experience. We will come back without hesitation and recommend this host without a second thought!

Really nice apartment, I felt like at home. One of the best Airbnb where I have stayed! You could feel it was the place from someone, it was cozy and the details were well chosen! Looking forward to stay there next time I am going to Amersfoort 🥰. Jan was always very communicative. 10/10

Our week end at Mickey’s was very nice. The house is very spacious and peaceful. We loved the big windows and the garden. We also enjoyed some trips to Amsterdam even if it is better to go by car rather than with public transport which are longer. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect (we were a group of 8 friends including 2 couples). Mickey was even available on during the week in case we needed some help or just to answer to our questions. There is a supermarket really close to the house (5 min by walk) which is also really helpful!

Jaron and Jill were very nice hosts. We had an issue with the drain and Jaron took care of it right away. Parking was possible right outside the door. The furnishings are tasteful and the terrace has great evening sun! The town of Limmen doesn't have much, but at least a good supermarket and bakery within walking distance and the surrounding area is great! We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back.

The appartement is a perfect place for a family with kids. Very nice and green, the sea is only 20 minutes away.

I can absolutely recommend Daniel's place. It is a special place to stay, because you live in a centrally located terraced house with the typical narrow stairs directly on a canal. 3 floors and a basement (for storing things) offer an extremely large amount of space. The location is great as supermarkets and restaurants are right around the corner. The city offers a lot of beauty, the beach is close. Parking on the street in front of the property is not a problem. The amenities are varied and upscale. You will find everything you need in the kitchen, even a Quooker as a kettle. If you have any questions or small problems, Daniel has always been able to help quickly. In my eyes, a big plus.

The house is superb, the location is magical whether the weather is good or not you can enjoy the inside as well as the outside 👌🏼 Henri and Ricarda are accommodating, responsive, and attentive. Nice house, well-equipped, very well located for visiting this part of the Netherlands. Debby is super nice, thank you again for the attention for Stephanie's birthday. If you have bikes, take them to visit the surroundings and avoid traffic jams around Keukenhof

They were very welcoming hosts and had a lot of great information for things do do nearby! Very cute decor as well. It was a great launching point for biking along the coast and to many flower fields as well as the Keukenhof gardens. If you don’t have a bike there’s a place five minutes walking that rents them for the day van-dam. There’s a park n ride at Hillegom train station ~10minute drive from the Airbnb that is very easy to catch an intercity then sprinter train to Amsterdam central station.
