Nice little apartment in a good location, accessible from the city center on foot. Clean, very well-equipped and well-appointed. The pluses: the small patio (even if the weather did not allow us to enjoy it, it was very nice to have this view of the outside from the kitchen) and the garage. The downside: the size of the bathroom (quite narrow at the shower exit, little storage) and the bedroom. For 1 night, happy with our stay.

After our stay in November 2024 & Sandra & Roy's warm welcome, our return in April was a source! The house always brings together simplicity, beautiful decor and "cozyness", you just feel good. The icing on the cake was the newly refurbished terrace. The garden with its people is a pure wonder! Absolutely recommendable for anyone who loves nature & animals! Incidentally, you can do beautiful hikes and you are never far from the must-see sites of Auvergne!

We had a great time! The host really takes care of his guests: lots of lovely little touches were waiting for us upon arrival. Self check-in was very well explained, simple and smooth. We had a wonderful family weekend at Muriel and Marco's, who are lovely hosts. Their property is beautiful, and the peaceful and green environment is perfect for a quiet stay in the countryside. Our children particularly enjoyed all the animals. The house is very warm and carefully decorated, impeccably clean. The comfort is perfect, with the stove and its wood at will, very comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We recommend it!

We had a very good time in Philippe’s house. The garden is beautiful, peaceful and restful. We enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and the amenities. The house is very well furnished and it is easy to feel like at home. Philippe and the team of the Conciergerie are very responsive and helpful. Philippe’s house is a very good plqce to enjoy time with family or friends in a peaceful and beautiful environment.

Ideally located apartment, in the heart of downtown Bourbon, ideal for pedestrians. Beautiful bright apartment & great views of the castle. Ideal space for minimum 2 people, with the essentials in appliances. Add a measuring cup if you want to bake ;) the pie dish is already there. The bed is made on arrival & the towels are very soft. Phillipe is an available host, the exchanges are fluid & pleasant.

A great discovery! A warm welcome, and always available for any questions. The place was really nice and decorated with taste. The quiet and nice environment. The pool is lovely and the kids were happy to discover the three-wheeled bike. Thank you again for your welcome, your sympathy and the exchanges before our arrival ( with Fabienne) which have always been responsive! We think we'll come back later and wish you a very nice continuity!

We were impressed with the quiet neighborhood, ability to walk downtown, comfortable beds, comfortable sitting area, and amount of space. It was great to have a washing machine, and our clothes dried quickly outside. Basically, there was everything we needed. The outdoor patio area is not beautiful but is clean and serviceable. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again.
