Great accommodation and location, well suited for one or more days

We stayed with Marie for a whole week during our 2.5 weeks in Sweden. It was so beautiful and we felt very comfortable. The cottage is so pretty and cozy and you have everything you need. Since we had consistently sunny weather, we were able to make good use of the boat and went swimming in the lake. Good starting point to do everything in the surroundings of Vimmerby. Everything was really great and highly recommended! Also, the contact with Marie and her family was always very pleasant. Very great hosts!

Stunning views of the lake and extremely friendly hosts, I immediately felt like one of the family. Also, they have very cool cats.

Had a great stay over a long weekend at Jan's cabin with our two kids. Everything was great - the cabin itself, the outside terrace areas and the garden, the lake - and not least a forest behind the house with lots of "secret things" to discover, really a paradise. There was lots of toys - even small "Bobby cars" for the kids to race down the small (and safe) hill beside the cabin. It was a great place to explore Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World from, and we ended up spending more time In and outside the cabin than planned because it was so nice.
