Monthly Rentals in Yung Shue Wan

Convenient location, just two minutes from the Kennedy Town MTR station. Plenty of restaurants, shops, banks, etc. around. The Kennedy Town swimming pool, 7-8 minutes away, is a gem, especially from mid-April through the end of October, when the outdoor pool is open (google the pictures). There is a hiking trail cross the road from the apartment, up steep hills and stairs all the way to Victoria Peak. The living room faces a busy street, but with the windows closed you cannot hear anything. There is no noise in the bedroom. Both AC units are very quiet. The host, property manager, and housekeeper are all doing an outstanding job. The apartment is fully stocked with everything from kitchen utensils to laundry detergent, a generous stack of towels, coffee capsules, and more. Communication was excellent – all my queries were answered instantly. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

We had a really enjoyable stay on Lamma Island thanks to Vladimir & Bernadette. The rooftop terrace was a real highlight, with lovely views and comfortable furniture to relax on even in the rain (solar panels providing a helpful roof!). We appreciated the detailed instructions on finding the property (including photos) as the area is quite a maze of buildings. The main village of Yung Shue Wan with its restaurants and shops is conveniently close, though easier on the way down than the way up! The property is in a great location away from the bustle of the village and the views and peaceful location make it worth the climb.

Thank you Jessie for arranging Jeni’s home to us. Jessie js so friendly and helpful to show us the way to the flat, and answer our questions. It was a refreshing holiday, the flat is surrounded by nature, feel like home, clean and cozy. We enjoyed so much with the nice weather in Lamma. It is our first time to stay overnight in Lamma, and we enjoyed so much wake up in the nature and brewing coffee. We will definitely come again if it is available!💞
