Cozy apartment in a quiet area. Very compact and efficient.

We really enjoyed this week at Peter's. As newcomers to the American continent, Peter helped us with all questions: airport transfer, car rental, currency exchange, bus ticket, visiting the market, etc. The house is spacious, the bed has a good mattress, the air conditioning cools down quickly and the kitchen is well equipped. The new grill on the large terrace, which we used a lot, was great. And last but not least: the large pool in the middle of the bird-rich garden is even magically lit in the evening. As a start for South America, the best address starts here with Peter.

Jonathan is a brilliant host - he complies with all wishes and caters to all requests. We stayed in its comfortable and cozy apartment for 10 days and we were delighted. The apartment is tastefully furnished. The kitchen has absolutely everything one has at home for cooking and baking on a daily basis. There was even an Italian coffee maker. Everything worked perfectly. A bus line to the center of Asunción runs right in front of the house, without the need for transshipment. There are countless restaurants, including the largest supermarket, Luisito, just around the corner. Thank you for the wonderful stay and see you!

A very beautiful house had everything you needed including some snacks and wine. It was nothing but a dream house. It has all the stuff you need to make it a wonderful trip. Pool , outdoor patio , grill , large master with tub and shower, extra bedroom ,and living room with smart tv. It also has gates to protect the car. It was well worth it. Sincerely Adriana & Robert
