Cozy and rustic little place with all one’s living needs facilitated. Also surrounded by vast grassy fields of adorable cows. Supermarket and Walmart are a short trip to town. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay. Stephanie and Jason were so awesome. They took the time to tell us a little bit about their cattle and their horses. I felt really welcomed and at peace there. It was amazing to sit out there watch the cattle watch the sunset, feel the rain on my toes from sitting on the porch taking in the view. It was an awesome experience all the way around. I would definitely love to book again!! I highly recommend Jason and Stephanie to book with for your next trip in Victoria!!

This was the perfect stop for our crew to stay at during the Texas Water Safari. The grounds are beautiful, the place is clean and you could not find a more responsive host. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Honestly the pictures don’t do any justice. Tambra was great and her place was amazing! The suite is fully stocked with supplies needed to get you started. Anytime I needed anything Tambra would always answer right away. I had an awesome stay. The Master suite has it’s own kitchen and bathroom and no one has access to your space other than you.
