Lovely place to stay if you’re thinking of heading to Northam for a Hot air balloon trip early in the morning! Fiona was easy to communicate with and accommodated us very well! Would definitely recommend!

A lovely cottage with quirky, delightful furnishings and decor. Plenty of space inside and out. We didn’t have time to sit outside around the fire pit or use the outside bath, but they’re both lovely extras and make it a truly unique and special stay. It’s only a 5 minute drive to the lovely old town of York. Thank you, we will be sure to stay again.

Leanne’s place is very unique with lots of history. We were pleasantly surprised - Leanne paid attention to every detail of each room and made it very warm and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place when you travel to the area!

Stayed as 2 couples .....Fred and Sals place was lovely and homely....walkable to town... They were very friendly host and added bonus was a lovely firepit....making the stay extra special.... Highly recommend......
