Fantastic apartment and host! Everything was exactly as advertised and clean. I appreciated all of the detailed communication prior to check-in to ensure that went smoothly. Any questions or issues were addressed fast. If I'm in the area again, I know exactly where I'll be staying.

This unit was clean, well appointed and large enough for a family gathering to celebrate a graduation at Chapman University. The location was ideal although there was a bit of noise from neighbors and the freeway however this offset by the reasonable price for a two bedroom .

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

The stay was cozy, returning from Disney you felt at home, the water for a bath is delicious, in the kitchen there are enough utensils to cook, the fridge is good, the sofa in the living room is already a little worn (maybe the only thing I would change) they also helped me with the load of the electric van, very good! I would definitely come back.

Keith’s Place Was Perfect For Just The 2 Of Us And Was Very Private Which We Loved

The Starfish Cottage exceeded my expectations! Super cute and cozy, great location, and hosts were friendly and responsive. I really appreciated all the thoughtful details they put into the space, from providing a few snacks, to having blankets to use outside on a cool night. I will definitely look to book this property again if I am ever in the area.

The place was great! It was super clean when we arrived and really easy to keep clean as well. Perfect amount of space for my wife and I and plenty of places to walk to when we wanted to get out of the house. We loved the pool and the hot tub. Everyone who lives in the area was so nice. The hosts were super quick to communicate whenever we needed something and always presented a solution! They were super kind to us and we felt safe and welcome. We would book with them again if the opportunity arose!

Jum & Deb were amazing hosts. Tried to accommodate my family outside of what was listed. Very responsive and the first Airbnb that I felt was actually clean!! We will be back

A full throated 5 stars, and highly recommend. Clean, well stocked, and excellent location fora. Disney trip. Well worth the money. I'd also nota. perfectly fenced (if small) backyard, which is a huge plus if you are, like us, traveling with a dog. I would note what to expect though. It is not a super fancy, plush, beautiful view out the window type of Airbnb, of the kind you take to spend a lot of time in the Airbnb itself. It's a well all-boxes-checked perfectly functional solution to stay near Disneyland at a reasonable cost. For this purpose - I highly recommend it.

One of the best stays I have ever had! The place was so cute and clean. We loved the space. The pool was a huge added benefit. Jae & Kat were so easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Loved our stay here! Beautiful views and nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen and some nice extra touches. Only real challenge for us was that there is one bathroom downstairs for two bedrooms and guests. Other two bathrooms are upstairs..not a huge deal but didn't realize that when I booked it. Nice and close to Orange and short ride to Newport.

Dont Use AirBnb Much But Lynn Gave Me A Great Experience None The Less! 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a nice comfortable place to stay in

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view and incredibly priced. Everything was clean and in pristine condition. Hosts were responsive at pretty much every hour of the day. We can’t wait to hopefully use the home again on our next trip to Orange County!

My family & I had a great stay! Instructions were very clear. The host was welcoming and attentive. The home was clean, peaceful & quiet, not to mention it was close to Disneyland which made it so much easier after a long day. All amenities were available for use and pictures matched perfectly to the home. Definitely would recommend staying here if you have a chance.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

This place was spectacular. My fiance and I really enjoyed this cozy spot and everything was as described. Place has a vintage look and feel to it that I really loved. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife that we’re walking distance. Cynthia, I would like to say you are awesome! You were so responsive to our messages and just made our stay much more comfortable. Again thank you for everything.

Short trip to Pasadena area and found this lovely place. Location is convenient with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Also, it was easy to get on highway to downtown LA and the beaches. We had a group of 3 and stayed very comfortably. The Airbnb is exactly as described. Host is very responsive and gave a list of recommendations for the area. Definitely recommend and would stay again for future visits!

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.

I have stayed in a number of Air B&B's and Loredana's place is a 10 (10 being the highest). Her place is super clean, well appointed, has oodles of amenities (including a washer & dryer and a complete kitchen). There is a designated parking spot right in front of the condo. It was quiet at night and yet near everything you could possibly need. Loredana is responsive in her communication. This will be my first choice when I come back to visit family again!

Eve’s place was excellent for our Disneyland vacation. Very easy to walk to Disneyland, about a 15-25 minute walk depending on your speed. Apartment was clean and everything worked well and we felt safe.

My family stayed at Krysta’s home for nights during our trip to Disneyland. Krysta was super responsive and proactive in her communications. She reached out ahead of the time to help arrange our arrival and was there to help us settle in. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable, and it was very clean! The neighborhood was clean and safe, with a children’s playground just right outside. The drive to Disneyland parks and disney downtown area was only 10 minutes and super easy. I highly recommend Krysta and her home to anyone looking to visit Disney!

This place was very nice. The building was amazing and I enjoyed all the antique qualities about it and the friendly tenants. There were so many extra touches left for us. Close to everything, but that also meant that it was very loud at night until things settled. We were there on a long weekend though. I would stay there again without hesitation. The team stayed at a hotel and this beat it by far. Megan was amazing and responded within minutes. so, so nice!
