Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Yongmun-myeon

Very well decorated home in an unbeatable location — just steps from the palace and surrounded by great cafes and eateries close-by. The host was incredibly gracious, flexible and very responsive. The space is well-equipped with entertainment options like gaming consoles and books. While the home wasn’t the best fit for our young children, it would be perfect for a group of friends or families with older children looking for a cozy, stylish space. Thank you again for the warm hospitality!

I was excited to go because of the good reviews, and I could see why the reviews were good. In winter, it's cold, so I didn't move around a lot, and the indoors was spacious, so it wasn't stuffy, and the snow-covered mountain scenery seen from the indoors was so cool. The house is old, but it is well maintained. I arrived later than the agreed time, and I was very sorry for making you wait. I thought you were just texting the front door number like other pensions. The interior was warm with the boiler and fireplace, and the host kindly explained and guided me through the usage and rules, so it was rather nice to meet. The kitchen and bathroom items are well-stocked like my home, and they're clean. It was cool that it was covered with snow outside, but it was a shame that I couldn't see all of nature. I want to come again in other seasons, and I want to see the two of you again.

fantastic seoul accommodation!! such an incredible view its worth it for that alone! the stairs are definitely tricky so if you have a big suitcase be careful and we also didn't really use the rooftop as the stairs were scary. and the second bedroom isnt a proper bed its a very hard floor mat, but on the ground level there are amazing restaurants and cafes and it was so close to buses that take you all over the city! highly recommend if you are ok with those couple things!

It was the best Airbnb I've ever been to. It was much more beautiful than the photos. The house and the surrounding environment were healing in themselves. We took our three kids and stayed for 2 nights~ It was raining on the day of check-in, and it was getting cold because it was evening, but the moment we entered the house, it was so warm, and it felt like the coziness of my own home. There were no dangerous elements for the kids. Most importantly! When I choose a place to stay, I really put cleanliness as the most important factor, and it was so clean and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere, so I could feel how much the owner cares about and manages the place. Everything else was so comfortable because the owner lived right next to it and managed everything. What I was most grateful for was that I was able to meet a kind person who understood the children well and was very considerate of our family:) It's a paradise for kids because they can run around in the large front yard and spend time with the cats. The kids played well, so my husband and I had free time, and it was really nice. There are many restaurants nearby and the nature is good, so it is recommended for those planning a family trip to Yangpyeong, and for those who want a real Airbnb accommodation where you can feel the warmth of people, as there are many places operated without people these days!

Thank you for creating such a special moment. I think this is what true Airbnb is about. The warm cup of tea you gave me as I checked in warmed my heart. In the evening, thank you for the side dishes that go with the meat you grill yourself. It felt like we were treated even more because we were the only ones allowed us to enjoy it at that restaurant. In the morning, it was a very meaningful time to share the clean nurungjis and side dishes, and even the small talk with the coffee you dripped yourself. I'll visit again next time. Thank you.

We are a group of seven ladies coming for a leisure trip. Gayá has given us a warm welcome and explained to us how to ask them for assistance in using Seoul’s taxi/food deliveries etc in a local way. The rooms are spacious and clean. it’s a big bonus that it provides laundry facilities. You can get all the amenities e.g. slippers/toothbrush/toothpaste/shower/shampoo/conditioner/lots of towels just the same as hotels. All the electrical appliances including the air conditioners work well and had made our stay so comfortable. Just some points to note: for people who are easily awaken by light it’d be nice to bring your own eye shield coz some of the rooms use blinds rather than blackout curtains. Just an issue for people who are sensitive to light. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and we all feel very relaxed throughout our stay. Overall I’d highly recommend to big groups travelling to Seoul especially for groups of families.

It was a trip with my mom, and she had a good time recalling the memories of her old grandmother's house, saying that it felt like she was in a clean countryside house. The accommodation was large and comfortable enough for a group trip, and I was worried about the bathroom in winter, but the bathroom was very spacious and warm, so I didn't have to worry. The host communicated smoothly before check-in, and was very considerate. I had a really fun time playing Yut in the accommodation and grilling meat. I think I'll have to stay for 2 nights because 1 night was too short. 🥰

The boss is really kind! They contacted me right away, and I went to the nearby recommended cafes and restaurants that they told me about. The best part of the accommodation was the wallpaper itself. It was a private house, so I turned on the music without hesitation, and the interior and mood were so pretty. The fireplace was the best, and the eel grill and wild ginseng wine service... It was delicious. The bedroom on the second floor was cozy and warm as soon as I entered. The view of Tongchang, which I saw as soon as I woke up in the morning, was healed. It's a great recommendation if you want to have a relaxing healing time. I'll definitely visit again. ^^
