What a wonderful stay at this ideal retreat. Sherrie and Jim were so hospitable and made us feel so welcome. We found the place to be clean and stocked with everything you could ever need. The backyard is stunning and we enjoyed the hot tub daily. Super close to so many restaurants and wineries but you still feel tucked away across from a vineyard. We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed some of the local restaurants. A perfect getaway! Thank you Sherrie & Jim!

We had a lovely stay! The space was super cute, comfortable, and clean, and we couldn't get over the amazing mattress. We got to see a ton of birds on the riverside bike path one evening, and The Trap (a local bar) was a great fun. Elisa was very responsive and allowed us to add a night to our stay at the last minute when our plans changed. I highly recommend this spot!

This was one of my favorite AirBnbs because of how beautiful and cozy it was. New amenities as well as a diverse and interesting book collection. The space had a great set up and I slept super peacefully both nights. Dawn is so kind, helpful, and thorough, which made check in and check out so flexible and easy. Will be back whenever I visit UC Davis!

Kirsten & Theo's home is so charming!! Close enough to town too! The linens on the bed were top notch and the bed was extremely comfortable. After an entire day showing dogs at the fairgrounds, we sure needed a good night's rest, and we got it! The massage chair was WONDERFUL! It even massages your feet and legs!! The bathroom is large and clean. The towels were also high quality. There are so many extra touches that they added to make you feel right at home. Thank you, Kirsten & Theo!! We will definitely be back!

I had everything I needed to attend a conference and spend a day in Davis even though I didn’t have a car. If you’re comfortable on a bike, it’s easy to get from Naomi’s place to downtown Davis on her provided bike. She also has helmets and a pump. I walked to a local restaurant the first night and to the budget grocery store for breakfast and dinner stuff. The neighborhood is pretty and felt safe.

Stay here. I booked Colleen's place for an extended stay (almost 6 weeks) and it was perfect. Cozy (but not too small!), private, clean, well-supplied, well- and thoughtfully-appointed, lots of sunshine, quiet street, conveniently located. And then there's the patio. Cute, comfortable, just enough sunshine, great place for morning coffee, a good book and great conversation. Colleen was easy to communicate with and always responsive. I highly recommend staying at Colleen's place.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this wonderful accommodation. I stayed here for almost two months as I was a visiting PhD student at UC Davis. The place is clean and you get to have a separate bathroom and bedroom for yourself. An ideal place for a student. And I got to visit their lovely restaurant situated in Davis downtown area. The food there is very nice. Nanda and his wife are extremely hospitable. I would recommend this place.

I have never been so ready to write a review! Annie And Jake's place was so nice and comfortable! Just enough for 1 or 2 people. I felt so comfortable! it was SO CLEAN and they are very kind and caring people. it was nice to meet them as well. I parked across the street the first night and Jake let me know I could park in front of the house so the camera could keep an eye on my car (this information is provided on the listing as well), however I was not concerned, the neighborhood is a new development and very clean and peaceful. overall 10 out of 10 would recommend.
