Nice space. Noisy with bar scene nearby but reasonably easy to sleep.

Petty-san was such a wonderful host! From the treats she brought by during my stay to all the amenities I always felt like I was staying at a home away from home. The house is an older mid-century Japanese style space which I prefer for it's character and charm. Staying here allows one to reflect about the lives and stories that have spent their time before me. Amazing view! Will book again. Thank you!

I used it to celebrate my birthday! The light reflected from the green outside spreads throughout the room, making it a dream-like place.The tableware and interior, as well as the layout of the room, were all very nice!! After booking, they were very kind and helpful, giving me recommendations for nearby shops. Thanks to you, we had a great time!Thank you!

It was an amazing stay at the Kikoba House! You get to experience the traditional Japanese house in a very quiet and lovely neighborhood in Hayama. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the city and into the countryside while only minutes away from the toll roads! I had no trouble getting to and from the place and the parking is not as far as I thought! Just be aware that big cars like SUVs are quite challenging to navigate the very narrow steep road and to park into and it’s best to have a smaller hatchback! Tomoya-San is very nice and friendly if you need anything or advices he will promptly reply to you! Thank you Tomoya-San for sharing the place it was truly an amazing experience.
