Pets are allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) You can check in and check out by self check-in. It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * Accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. The accommodation fee is 200 yen per person per night▽.

Why not enjoy both the winter sports meccas of Rusutsu and Niseko and enjoy the powder snow. There is 1 Western-style room and 2 Japanese-style rooms. All rooms are heated, have beds, and can be locked, so you can relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 3-burner stove, large sink, fridge, range, rice cooker, toaster, condiments, and plenty of dishes. You can have fun cooking. WiFi, an 80-inch screen, and a state-of-the-art projector are also available. You can go to the ski resort in the morning and watch a movie on the big screen in the afternoon.

This is the old house in the villa area. You can enjoy bonfires and BBQ in the backyard (during snow-free season). In calm morning, woodpeckers may wake you up after you oversleep. Recommended for travelers who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy Niseko's nature and activities. The nearest ski resort (Annupuri International Ski resort), popular backcountry areas, and hot springs are a 10-minute drive away. There is no public transportation, so please bring a car.

Relax with the whole family / friends at this peaceful cabin in the forest of Yunosato. In winter, it is ideal for winter sports at the nearby resorts, or backcountry adventure. In summer activities such as fishing, rafting, golf, hiking are just a short drive away. This area has many nearby onsen to experience as well. To enjoy this area, YOU MUST HAVE A CAR! Don't forget to bring your International Driving Permit and hire a car. No buses running to Yunosato and hiring a cab can be hard.

The entire house is available for private accommodation. A Japanese-style room with a double bed is ideal for 1–2 guests, and up to 5 people can stay using 3 futons and the bed. Surrounded by a large garden, it’s quiet and peaceful. Located on a steep hill—access by car is recommended. The kitchen, toilet, and shower room are private. A desk and chair are provided, making it suitable for long stays and remote work. Please note there is no air conditioning—fans are provided. Dog friendly!
