Господин Dimitriou очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин с прекрасным вкусом. Сама квартира удобна, все функционально, с современными технологиями, особо понравился декор квартиры( возможно ручными изделиями), кухня оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой. И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Еще по пути к дому , уже были получены четкие инструкции и весьма полезные советы касательно достопримечательностей и еды. С удовольствием вернулась бы еще раз Спасибо хозяевам - господину Трифоносу

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Welcomed on arrival and shown around apartment. Ideal for 2 couples each with own access. Perfectly located for popular tourist attractions, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The view of the lighted Acropolis from the rooftop at night created the perfect end to each evening. Highly recommend!

It was perfect for us for our short overnight stay and we loved the interior decoration, paintings and the covered courtyard. It was conveniently close to the ferry port and there was free on street parking for our van. The host was very quick to respond to our communications. Thank you! :)

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Ο χώρος και το σπίτι είναι καλύτερα κι από τις φωτογραφίες και ξεπερνάει τις προσδοκίες σου. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και προσεγμένο με κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Από τα πολύ θετικά ή άμεση επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες για κάθε απορία και οι ακριβείς οδηγίες. Το μέρος είναι ήσυχο κι απομονωμένο. Το αξιοποιήσαμε για να περάσουμε χρόνο με τους φίλους μας και να ψήσουμε στην βεράντα, πάντα με σεβασμό προς την ιδιοκτησία του οικοδεσπότη. Θα το ξανα προτιμήσω!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Smaragdas Appartement. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Die Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Athen und Umgebung. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Der Strand mit einer tollen Bar und Club liegt 10 min zu Fuß. Smaragda war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Rhodric’s apartment is a superb place for as longer stay in the Athens region. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood, many restaurants and beaches less than 10 minutes drive away, easy access to downtown Athens and to the south of the Attic Peninsula. The apartment is spacious, the garden- like backyard and the pool are nicely shielded from local winds - you feel like in a villa in the countryside even though you’re right in the middle of Athen’s Glyfada suburb with even a direct view onto the sea. A rental car is highly recommended; you can park it in a private and covered parking lot. The place easily accommodates four guests. Excellent communication and every wish fulfilled within minutes. Couldn’t have been any better!

This was a lovely stay! Lucas was very proactive and made the stay welcome. The area is very nice and feels authentic to living in Athens. The balcony with the lemon trees was definitely a highlight.

Very responsive and friendly host who went above and beyond to help us find things to do before we arrived. Even helped arrange transport to the room. Highly recommend. There is a park behind the room where you can walk to historical sites and see the Acropolis with beautiful views.

Dear Louise , thank you so much for having us at ur hidden treasure of koukaki . Had a wonderful stay at ur apartment. I don’t think anyone has paid so much detailing into the comfort of the guest . Every single thing is provided. Beautiful interiors and amenities and supplies be it the linen , kitchen ware to dryers and even hair iron to manicure care set . Just fabulous. May god bless u with all happiness, peace success and prosperity. U have done from ur heart else so much of thought won’t go in to hospitality. Always responsive which is a bliss for tourist visiting a new place , feels secured . We totally felt @ home . Prime Location with accessibility to many restaurants, shops etc . Since it’s a centrally located in spite of the taxi strike in Athens we were able to walk or manage public transport. Louise is a fab host nothing short of it . Regards Sri

Of all the airbnbs I’ve booked this has been the best I’ve experienced in terms of: ✅ Amazing host ✅ Smothe check in and details ✅ Home stock I felt home the second I entered the accommodation. You can see Athina goes above and beyond for her guests. There is nothing you need that you will not find in the home! And tiny tiny little details such as cotton buds and pads which came in handy when doing makeup as I forgot mine. She even had a lint roller to clean my jacket etc. if you’re in doubt whether to book it, this is your confirmation that you should!

Itay’s place is absolutely wonderful. It’s located in a perfect place (most everything is walking distance, and there are several bus stops close by), and despite being on a busy road, it is very quiet. There is a mini market right next door, and there are many stores, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The area also feels safe. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The shower is nice and spacious, the bed is large and comfortable, there’s a nice balcony, and the washing machine works quickly and efficiently. Any smaller things you might need (especially if you stay for a longer time), you can get cheaply and easily at Jumbo. Itay is a wonderful host, and he was very kind and accommodating before, during, and after our stay. Communication was always smooth, and he clearly takes care to provide the best experience for his guests. If you want to stay in Athens, this is easily the best place!

Ci siamo fermati a casa di George per una settimana, eravamo in due. La casa corrisponde alle foto, è nuova e arredata con gusto. Il piano inferiore è molto fresco, si dorme bene. L'area cucina altrettanto comoda con un terrazzino dotato di tavolo e sedie/poltrone dove rilassarsi. La zona è tranquilla, a 20 minuti circa a piedi si raggiungono strade piene di negozi e ristoranti. In prossimità ci sono baretti e supermercati. Se arrivate in macchina o in moto c'è uno spazio antistante l'abitazione che vi risolve il problema della ricerca parcheggio...in zona sarebbe difficile trovarne. Noi avevamo una Citroen C3 e ci stava benissimo. George sempre disponibile, ci ha dato consigli utili su luoghi da visitare o su posti dove mangiare bene la buona cucina greca. Consiglio vivamente.

Appartement idéalement situé pour séjourner à Athènes disposant d'un parking privé. Logement spacieux, lumineux et très confortable dans un quartier tranquille. Supermarché à proximité. Super terrasse très agréable. Excellente qualité d'accueil, il ne manque rien dans l'appartement ! On s'y sent comme chez soi. Merci beaucoup Renata pour ce trop court séjour. Et en plus, pets friendly !!

Super schöne Wohnung, schöner Ausblick. Perfekt für uns mit Hund, wir konnten uns die Stadt anschauen und sie konnte die Kühle Wohnung genießen. Einkaufs Möglichkeiten 500m. Sonnige Grüße
