Arctic Apple Tree Apartment

Renovated (Pictures of the kitchen updated), spacious and cozy apartment in a peaceful neighborhood, 5km from the center of Rovaniemi. The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. We have two bicycles for our guests.

Luonnon rauha, takkatulen loimu, lämmin kylpy, lempeät löylyt – täydellinen kokonaisuus rentoutumiseen ystävien tai perheen kanssa. Tähän mökkiin voit ottaa myös lemmikin mukaan! Hirsimökkiin astuessasi näkymä avautuu suoraan tupaan, jossa on täysin varusteltu keittiö ja ruokailuryhmä kuudelle hengelle. Valoisassa oleskelutilassa on suuret ikkunat läpi tuvan, ja kaikista huoneista voit ihastella ikkunoista avautuvaa metsäistä maisemaa. Lämpimästi tervetuloa Villa Siimekseen!

Lähellä keskustaa oleva mukava, kodikas studio. Keskustaan matkaa 1,2km. Joulupukin Pajakylään matkaa 9km. Lentokentälle matkaa 9km. Bussipysäkki talon vieressä. Kauppa 200 metrin päässä. Varustus sopii hyvin pidempäänkin majoitukseen. Sängyt saa yhteen tai erikseen, ilmoita kummin haluat. Halutessanne on mahdollista laittaa 70cm leveä ilmapatja sänkyjen lisäksi. Autopaikka on saatavilla. Se maksaa 5€/majoitus. Kaupunkilomalle tai työmatkalle sopiva majoitus.

Viehättävä hirsimökki Kemijoen rannalla

Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella sympaattisessa vuodelta 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä saunaterassi . Saunan jälkeen pulahda hiekkarannalta Kemijoen raikkaaseen veteen. Rannalla toinen sauna sekä palju, vuokrattavissa erikseen kesäaikaan, sekä huvimaja grillauspaikka ja soutuvene. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!

House in prime location, with panorama view over the lake Djupträsket, attached to the river Kalixälven. Private beach with a sauna directly on the beach just a few steps from the main building. The main building of 75m2 is all refurbished with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and a new bathroom. Large windows and a major outside terrace, offers you a breathtaking view through all seasons.

Kaunis, remontoitu kolmio kahdella parvekkeella ja saunalla Rovaniemen keskustassa kaikkien palvelujen läheisyydessä. Voit tarvittaessa pyytää sisään-tai uloskirjautumiseen aikataulumuutoksia.
