**No Cleaning Fees** A delightful completely self-contained bijou little flatlet which is ideal for exploring Exmouth and East Devon. Perfectly located for access to the Exe Trail which provides a scenic bike ride or walk for example to Lympstone where there are some lovely restaurants and pubs to go to. A 6 minute drive to Exmouth seafront or a 30 minute walk and about 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk into the main town centre. Local supermarket is only about 300 metres away.

We did not meet the owner but it did not matter as she responded immediately. Location was perfect as an older person, quiet and peaceful. Many walking trails. The village has no Laundramat and very limited restaurants. Train service nearby is very good with frequent service. Could not fault the apartment with the exception of a fold-up bed into a cupboard everyday to open the main big window with the view. Probably not suitable for guests with children. In all other respect it was very modern and perfect.

A lovely relaxing stay. The spa pool was used morning and night and we have never felt so relaxed. Katheryn and Ben were most welcoming and friendly and they had left a wonderful folder of helpful hints about the local area. The welcome cake and dog treats were much appreciated also. We stayed with our two dogs and it was nice to have an enclosed yard to keep them safe. It was only a short walk up the drive to find a grass area for their ‘relief’ needs too, which was great. Although the lounge was quite compact with three adults in it, it really did make for a cosy visit and the bedrooms were a good size so we never felt cramped! Kitchen was well equipped and would not hesitate to recommend.

Such a fabulous beautiful place to stay the host Rachel was great and perfect for girly get away with the social kitchen diner and the most lush decor with special thoughtful touches though out, the welcome basket was most appreciated. The house is set in a stunning location over looking the vineyard and fantastic outside patio area, great to sit, sip wine and watch the sun go down. Definitely worth a visit a real special place to experience.

I had a very enjoyable solo three day stay in tranquil surroundings. The studio contains all one wants for comfortable living. There is clearly much to do in the area, though in the main I was content to enjoy meals on the terrace and relax in the peace and quiet. Heleen is a gracious and thoughtful host. I would recommend the studio to anyone wishing to have a quiet, comfortable break on the South Coast.
