Очень хорошая, чистая, теплая и светлая квартира. Рекомендую. Есть все вещи первой необходимости. Удобное заселение. Квартира расположена не в самом центре города, но до каскада фонтанов минут 15 пешком, а в любую другую точку центра Еревана можно добраться на такси по очень комфортным ценам. Спасибо большое, что предоставили ваш дом для первого знакомства с Ереваном.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The host was super responsive and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again!

Давит отзывчивый хозяин, разрешил заехать в жилье раньше. + Все соответствует фото + Вид на Арарат с балкона гостиной + Хорошее соотношение цены и качества Минусами можно пренебречь, Но все же: - вторая спальня очень маленькая, буквально чуть больше кровати - из средств гигиены было только несколько видов мыла Вцелом довольны выбором с учётом того, что забронировали пол дня до приезда.

This place was absolutely fantastic! It had everything I needed and more - spotlessly clean, beautiful lighting, air conditioning, heated floors, and all the necessary appliances. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. The location is perfect, very close to the city center, with a supermarket and pharmacy right in the building. There’s also a 24/7 concierge, which made me feel super safe - 10/10! One of the best stays I’ve had in Yerevan. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Het was moeitewaard. Woning van Marina was ruim, opgeruimd schoon en voorzien van alle belangrijke benodigdheden voor een comfortabel verblijf. Door afwezigheid van Marina werden wij door haar ouders heel waarm verwelkomd en geholpen om geïnstalleerd te worden, waarvoor hartelijk dank. Alle beddengoed en handdoeken waren in overvloed en heel schoon. Badkamer en keuken kon iets beter schoongemaakt worden. In de keuken was bijna alles beschikbaar om een thuisgevoel te kunnen krijgen. Woning was op 2e verdieping (3e etage) van een 19 verdieping nieuwbouw flat. Er waren ook liften aanwezig en hele gebouw werd door camera's en bewakers beveiligd. Er was ook een supermarkt vlakbij het gebouw aanwezig dat boodschappen heel makkelijk maakte. Kortom moeitewaard.

Beautiful apartment, located 15 mins away from the center so easy to get around while not being in the middle of life and being able to enjoy the quiet. Beautiful design, very pleasant to stay in the apartment. Host is amazing - very easy to get in touch with, always around to help if any questions come up. One thing to keep in mind: sun comes up on the side of the apartment and the window blinds are not thick enough so be ready to get up together with the sun. Also in April ir was alright but I feel in summer with sun on bedroom's side and no aircon in bedroom, it can get a bit hot. I'd recommend the host to install an aircon in the bedroom and then the place will be absolutely perfect :)

很好的房东，愉快的两周假期。房间整洁，小院儿可以乘凉烧烤，一天不出门也很自在。有厨房可以方便地做饭。离大型商超很近，购物方便。附近的40路公交可以去城里。晚上可看城市夜景，白天可以远眺阿勒山。真的是个很超值的民宿。

Хороший дом с красивым видом, хозяин Аршак был очень отзывчив и помогал, если возникали какие-то сложности по дому дому. Недалеко есть магазины и общественный транспорт в 10-15 минутах ходьбы.

Great apartment in a lovely, upscale location close to Victoria Park. Sona and her family were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

Отличное жилье, оно очень уютное и все необходимое есть внутри. Единственное это находится далеко от магазинов продуктовых. Хозяйка была очень дружелюбная

We spent 4 unforgettable days in this home in March 2025 with our whole family — we gathered in Yerevan to celebrate the birthday of our mom, grandmother and wife. There were 9 of us, and everyone was very happy with our stay. Cozy atmosphere, spacious rooms, a view of Mount Ararat, and peaceful surroundings — everything you need for a true getaway. We started each morning with a swim in the pool and a sauna session, despite the chilly weather. Played ball with the kids in the yard, and in the evenings we gathered in the living room as a family — watching movies, playing games, and having heartfelt conversations. During the day, we explored the city easily accessible by quick taxi drive. The kitchen is very convenient and fully equipped — we cooked delicious breakfasts and dinners ourselves. Huge thanks to the caring, hospitable, and attentive host Davit — the house is warm, thoughtfully designed, and truly feels like a family home. We’d certainly love to come back.

Logement spacieux, système de boîte à clé pratique pour des arrivées tardives, airco disponible, très agréable cour où nous avons mangé dehors plusieurs fois et mignon jardin qui permet d'être au calme dans la ville animée de Yerevan. Chambres côté rues un peu bruyantes, par contre vue sur le Mont Ararat par temps clair :-) Nécessite de disposer d'une voiture ou de prendre des taxis pour se déplacer. Pas trop loin de l'aéroport. Logement très propre, hôte réactive, merci à Karine.

Strongly recommended. Mariam was very helpful and her place is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Pros: - Modern, stylish apartment in good condition - Microwave oven (the host brought it to me after my request) - Washing machine - AC - Balcony - Gas heating system (with radiators) - Location (a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby) - Good, kind, friendly, polite, attentive host Cons: - Not so spacious inside (but enough) - It can be pretty cold inside in the winter sometimes - The first floor (but where the windows are, it's already on the second floor (the house is on a slope)) - A little number of pans - A little bit uncomfortable table (it's smaller than you think) - Location (it's the edge of the city; no subway station) - No free cleaning service included

Нам все понравилось! Квартира полностью соответствует описанию – удобная, стильная и очень уютная. Расположение просто идеальное: рядом Каскад, в шаговой доступности центр, но при этом тихо и спокойно. В квартире было все необходимое для комфортного проживания, от техники до мелочей вроде посуды и бытовой химии. Рекомендую эту квартиру всем, кто хочет отличный вариант в Ереване!

The place is the same as the pictures and is very clean. Everything that you need is there. Utensils and even cleaning supplies and vacuum and clothing rack in case you need to hang your clothes. Vahan is also very understanding since our flight was very early and was supposed to request early check in but then our tour guide suggested to just use the time and start the tour so we ended up checking in around 7pm and they are still very accommodating. Overall, the stay in their Airbnb was good and have reached my expectations. The only downside was there's no bidet in the toilet so If you want to book the apartment, I suggest for you to bring portable bidet. Anyhow, I still highly recommend this place. Its cheap yet anything you need is there. It is also few blocks away from SAS Supermarket and Pharmacy. There's also a small supermarket on both sides of the street from the hotel in case you need to buy anything without walking a little bit far.

We really liked the apartment. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom, and two of the rooms have large windows with city views. The apartment is well-equipped not just for a short stay, but for a longer one as well — it has everything from pots and pans to cleaning supplies. There’s also a washing machine, a large garment steamer, and an iron. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk to the Cascade: we was definitely in the center of the city, but in quite private and peaceful area. There were seven of us, and we did feel that the common area (guest room) could use more seating — a larger couch or a couple of armchairs would’ve been great. Overall, highly recommend this place!

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and perfect not just for a stay, but even for living! We were five people, and there was more space than we needed, which made us feel very comfortable. It had all the amenities we could need, and even coffee, sugar, and water which is really rare. The location is great, and the apartment has a wonderful atmosphere.
