Great place to stay in Yerevan

We really enjoyed our stay at Arthur and Ali's place! The house is located in a quiet and clean area of Yerevan, away from noisy roads. There is a wonderful blooming garden on the plot (mid-April is an especially good time for admiring flowers). The apartment is very, very clean and cozy; the kitchen has everything you need for cooking (I would probably only add a couple more small soap). The bedroom has a comfortable bed with orthopedic mattress, it was nice to sleep in such a cozy place. There are plenty of towels in the closet, and the bathroom has everything from toothbrushes and soap to rags and cleaning supplies! Alya and Arthur are wonderful hosts, never had any issues, they were very quick to respond to all of our questions and shared even what we didn't expect at all - for example, Alya allowed use of the oven and treated herbs from her garden. Andranik’s place is superb. I really felt at home at their place. Very cozy and peaceful. The host is very responsive and hospitable. They allowed for early check-in and late check-out. Because of these we fully enjoyed our stay in Armenia. The time in Armenia was well-spent. All-in-all it was great. Thanks for their hospitality.

Vigen’s villa in Jrvezh was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. The fresh air and peaceful surroundings were amazing. Vigen was a great host, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Very nice and clean apartment. It features a spacious balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The Dalma shopping center is conveniently located just across the street. Highly recommended!

The apartment is wonderfully planned and has a convenient location. There is a private room for washing and storing household chemicals, as well as a storage room in the kitchen. These are super comfy extra space! I really liked the interior design. Beautiful and in a good way bohemian, lots of charming details. The interior is bright and thoughtful lighting schemes make it even lighter. Extra coziness adds the ability to adjust the heat in some light sources. There are also plenty of furniture and storage spaces. It's warm in the apartment (we lived in winter), but there is air conditioning for the summer period. The photos of the apartment correspond to reality, everything that is stated in the amenities is also available. Guyana is a helpful and polite mistress. By prior arrangement, she created conditions for early check-in and responded quickly when we had any questions. Thank you very much! We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and can safely recommend it!

I was completely delighted with this place! The apartment is very cozy, clean and thoughtful to the smallest detail. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was in place: a comfortable bed, a good kitchen with appliances, a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi. I was especially pleased with the nice touches — tea/coffee, toiletries in the bathroom and amenities for guests. The host deserves a special thanks! Very responsive, friendly and always available. Helped with check-in, created a truly warm atmosphere. The location is also excellent — a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of shops, cafes and transport. I definitely recommend it and would love to come back again! 🌟 **10/10!**

The flat is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and located on one of the most important streets in Yerevan. It has good access to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc; most of Kentron's important places are easily walkable, including the museums, Republic Square, and the Opera. The rooms are clean, the balcony is nice (and has a good view), and the flat came with all equipment and facilities I needed. Overall, it was very good for my stay in Yerevan.
