We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

Gagik was an incredible host from start to finish. He was always simply a call or text away and would message me how his guests are doing, if they need anything extra, a second set of keys, etc. He was an incredible host to my extended family. His house (more like mansion) is absolutely stunning & has insane amenities (tennis court, huge indoor pool, sauna room, steam room, jacuzzi, etc). My family loved coming back to the house and relaxing after a hot day in Yerevan. Thank you so much for making their first visit to Armenia so lovely and memorable.

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Dit huis was een oase in Erevan. Alles netjes en schoon, zeer ruime kamers, en bovenal een heerlijk zwembad! Erg leuk, in een mooie, groene tuin met fruitbomen en een grote tafel met bankjes en een buitenkeuken. Het was erg heet tijdens ons verblijf, maar zeker door het zwembad hebben we een hele fijne tijd gehad!

Apartment was very clean, met my requirements due to its special location, facilities and amenities offered.Hostess was very polite,helpful,and friendly.Supermarket,bus stop,parks, restaurants and cafe was just near the apartment.Thanks to the hostess I recommend.

first time staying that long in an Airbnb place. first time that I felt like 🏠 home ! Go for it without hesitating.

We waren met 2 gezinnen en het huis biedt heel veel ruimte! Prachtige locatie, voor de kids veel ruimte om te spelen, de meerdere badkamers waren top. Alles is aan te lopen. Er zitten heerlijke restaurants in de straat, een fijne koffie bar om de hoek. Adriana reageer snel en is nauwkeurig. Het appartement is schoon, er zijn zelfs kruiden, tandenborstels, voldoende handdoeken. En als klap op de vuurpijl 2 grote balkons om met een koffie te genieten in de schommel in de zon! Bedankt voor de goede zorgen.

We had a great time in this lovely and spacious villa! The house is big, clean and equiped with everything you need. Each bedroom has air conditioning and comfortable beds. We had good night rests, although some of us would have peferred darker curtains. Especially the garden is amazing, with different seating possibilities, a pool (not yet accessible during our stay) and beautiful flowers and fruit trees. Guests share the garden (and the entrance hall) with the home owners, which means that renovations/garden work may take place during your stay. The host is very kind and welcoming, will help you with anything and responds to questions within no time. She prepares delicious meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner were all great! We absolutely recommend this house.

Cozy, Pinterest style house in 20-25 minutes from center. Big, highly equipped kitchen with warm lights. Lovely garden outside with cherry trees. Comfortable bed. Lots of space in living room. Fast internet, couple workspaces – perfect for remote work. Very hospitable hostess. Definitely recommend this house!

The house looked exactly as it was described and showed on photos. It is huge, new, with beautiful design and great amenities (big swimming pool with heating, sauna, outdoor kitchen and BBQ place). The area is peaceful and quite with s beautiful view, however it is easy to access it from the center with about 15 minutes ride. We fully enjoyed the stay! The only thing that was not so comfortable is that we came at 15:00 pm but cleaning was actually finished at 16:00 pm. But there were long stay guests before us so they probably needed extra time to clean the whole building. It would be nice to be warned about that though.

Anna’s house is an exceptional space in Armenia. I have stayed in many Airbnb’s in the country, but this one is unique. A modern built house, very spacious, new and perfect for our guests. We had to do a pre wedding party in the house, and the space accommodated for that, perfectly. Anna and her husband have great taste and were very flexible with all the arrangements for the house. They went out of their way to make our time in the house a special one. Its a brand new house, and was spotless, with a cozy pool a beautiful garden and a huge living room. I couldn’t have asked for a better host and a better space for our time there.
