Offer for 2 guests! The apartment is a duplex, next door to a responsive host, in the small center, behind the American University. You'll appreciate the proximity of the sights, you can walk to the center in 15-20 minutes, by taxi in 5 minutes. Two metro stations Barekamutyun (Friendship) and Marshal Bagramyan are within a walking distance. Within a radius of the house, there are numerous grocery stores, vegetable shops, pharmacies, Food Court, Rio Moll. From the airport you can organize transfer, if you agree in advance.

Modern 2 bedroom apartment in Kentron.. Equiped with a full kitchen, 3 x A/Cs, Bathroom and 2nd toilet. Master has a King Sized Bed, second bedroom with 2 x single beds. Both have built-ins installed. The lounge room has a spacious sofa which can easily sleep an extra 2 adults if required. The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a new building with a new elevator. Security access door to the building. Only meters from cafes and restaurants and the best that Yerevan has to offer.

Our stay was excellent. The location has a few rooms adjacent to each other, but they were perfectly private and we couldn’t hear other guests. Outside the window is a lush green space that leaves you feeling like you are out in nature. The hosts were very attentive and polite. Their art gallery is impressive and it was a joy to have been shown around. The location is perfect and close to the temple and many excellent restaurants. I would say this is the best place to stay and we already want to come and visit again. Also the showers have extra hot water, the kitchen has everything you need and the beds are comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. Arevik was a great host. The location is close to the center of the city.

Alek is a kind, intelligent and hospitable head of the family. Helped with information about the sights and recommended places to visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. The house is big, with authentic furniture :) and the view on Ararat! Wifi can be improved) Thank you!

I booked a newly listed accommodation and was initially hesitant, but upon arrival, I found the apartment to be clean, well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The parent of Barbara gave us an overwhelmingly warm welcome and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place and don't regret my decision to stay here.

It is a extremely beautifully complex with everything you could want to relax. Check in was easy and the staff where extremely helpful and friendly threw out my whole stay.
