(Former) This house is a remodeled hanok in Joongpyeongcho. It is a private house with a classroom. It is 15 minutes from Juwangsan Mountain, 5 minutes from Songso Historic House, and 10 minutes from Gaekjuwon Literary Museum~ It can be seen from the front of the Cheong Song Service Area on the Yeongdeok Sangju Expressway, it is cool, has a good view, and is equipped with the latest karaoke machine. It's a great place to relax, read comics, and heal with 6,500 comics. ^^ Simple cooking is only possible on the second floor of the accommodation, and the first floor of the empty classroom (barbecue) is fully equipped with cooking utensils for your convenience. The second floor accommodation is a hanok made of pine, so when cooking meat, the smell of the tree is cut, so meat and fish grilling are absolutely impossible. (In case of violation, a penalty will be charged.) Grilling meat and fish is only possible in the empty classroom on the 1st floor. For breakfast, we serve handmade apple jam, handmade blackberry jam, and bread. ^^ When using the barbecue, everything, including charcoal, is provided, and you will be charged an additional 20,000 won.

It is a cottage lodge located in the foothills of the nazi mountains overlooking the East Sea. It's a mini-house built by solo picking up, so it's a rustic place that can't be compared to a commercial pension. I love the natural scenery around the complex. I don't think it's enough to look at me alone. We ended up sharing our home. There is an indoor living room and a pretty spacious outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the sea scenery comfortably. If you are connected, you can see the best sunrise and moonrise. It can't be searched in normal navigation. Navigation is Be sure to search for "Yeongdeok Gamseong Sanjang" on the map or T-map. As the name suggests, the lodge is full of mountain bugs and not as tidy as a hotel. Those who are sensitive to bugs and cleanliness are reconsidered. Those who enjoy a wonderful view of nature are warmly welcomed.

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is a location where you can travel to tourist attractions in Gyeongju such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung and Wolji, and right next to it, there are restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (olive) in Hwangnidan-gil.

An indoor pool is featured under a sloped wooden ceiling, with light filtering through overhead openings. Water gently cascades from two wall-mounted fountains into the clear pool. Greenery is seen climbing along one wall, adding a touch of nature to the serene space.
