Ho is great and the place looks amazing. The internet speed is also amazing as a digital nomad.

The room itself is small, but matches the pictures/description, and still can accommodate 2 people comfortably. However, the two major selling points of this place are 1: the location, which is very peaceful at night, and situated next to some cute coffee shops, and 2: the balcony, which offers an unobscured 180° view of the lake & city. I've genuinely never experienced a view this nice from any other airbnb or hotel. Beyond that, the host is responsive, clearly communicates, and was accommodating when we needed a late check out. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice place outside of the main tourist zone in Hanoi

My cousin and I had a wonderful stay at Kien's apartment! His apartment was in a fantastic location, surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and local businesses that spoke some English. This apartment was clean, had all the necessary amenities, and looked just like the pictures as described. During my stay, I wanted to do a load of laundry since Kien's place included a washer. Since I was unsure on which detergent to use, Kien insisted to deliver a brand new bag of detergent. I greatly appreciate this kind gesture and amazing service. I do want to kindly note to others, that this apartment is on the fourth floor and there are no elevators in this building. This wasn't an issue for me, but could be a consideration for anyone traveling with heavy luggage. All the best and thank you for the wonderful stay Kien!

we had a great stay in Hanoi and Thuy's & Kurt place was the perfect base home to explore the city. Totally recommended!

3 friends and I had been traveling through Vietnam and Hanoi was our final destination before heading home. We truly enjoyed the location of this place and the walk ability it provided. You enter through a business on the bottom floor to get to your apartment, but the people were extremely friendly and made you feel welcomed. The apartment was stocked with beer and snacks that you could purchase at a very reasonable price and unlimited filtered drinking water was provided at no cost. Most of our interactions were with host Tuyen. He was very friendly and went above and beyond’s to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a great location and have access to friendly hosts.

This place is amazing! The room is spacious, cozy, exactly like the photos, fast wifi, with giant TV to watch movies and gives everything what I need during my stay. It has big balcony to see the street. Located in fifth floor above a spa. The unit is super private and with elevator! At first it feels weird to take the elevator through the spa to go to the room, but then it’s all okay. Location is also great, right in the old quarter, with many good restaurants and coffee shops next door. Most importantly, the host is super helpful, proactive and pretty flexible with check in/out. Definitely will come back to this place!

Das war bisher die schönste und sauberste Unterkunft, die wir auf unserer 4 Wochen-Reise durch Vietnam hatten. Toan war stets erreichbar und super empfänglich für Gespräche und sonstige Empfehlungen für die Gegend. Die Lage ist natürlich unschlagbar. Das Café im Erdgeschoss kam uns für unseren täglichen Kaffeekonsum sehr gelegen, auch die Banh Mis waren super lecker. Absolute Pluspunkte: die Unterkunft hat im Obergeschoss 3 Waschmaschinen zur Nutzung UND in der Küche eine Filteranlage unter der Spüle, sodass man bedenkenlos Wasser aus dem gesonderten Hahn trinken kann. Falls wir je wieder nach Hanoi reisen sollten, werden wir hier nochmal einchecken. Danke Toan!

I liked this place a lot. It's spacious, nicely decorated, super clean and has a great view over the lake. It's on a quiet street outside the busy and noisy Old Town, but with a Grab you'll be there in 10 minutes. The area itself has enough to offer as well. The staff and security guard are so friendly and helpful. Tip: rent a bicycle from the place closeby (search for: Hanoi Bicycle Rental). That's the best way to explore Hanoi! :-)

I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful this experience was. The apartment is absolutely delightful and has 'private access' directly into the room using a key-bob that's coded to your floor. The bedroom is offset away from the front living room and it was always quiet. Very little if any street traffic ever in front of the building since it sits on a small island at the southern tip of West Lake. Plenty of small restaurants and coffee shops all around. There's a Circle K within walking distance. The shower has a high step up/down but it wasn't an issue for me. Front door man and housekeeper were super friendly and kind. Air conditioner, washing machine, and internet worked great. Plenty of storage space in the bedroom. Definitely a place I would come back to!

We enjoyed our time at Tuan's place! The location is amazing, about 10 minute walk to the Old Quarter and 20 minute walk to Hoan Kiem lake. The unit was designed beautifully and has a beautiful kitchen. The balcony is really cute to hang out and watch the scooters and car pass all day. Host is responsive and polite! Highly recommended.

Staff were super helpful. They were friendly when I picked up the keys. The hosts were also very responsive when messaged through airbnb. Located in a nice part of Hanoi in Tay Ho near everything you could need. Nice views of west lake from the room.

Panoramic 7Vista is an incredible place to stay—if you are lucky enough to book it, as it is often fully reserved months in advance, and for good reason. This cozy, fully equipped apartment offers a stunning panoramic view of the city, a comfortable bed with quality linens, two air conditioners, a bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower, plus a toilet. There is also a laundry room on the ground floor and a storage room for your convenience. The location is excellent, with a nice cafe next door and a fantastic bakery just 300 meters away. It is easily the best value for money in Hanoi. Highly recommended! The hosts are exceptionally attentive and responsive. Thank you—we will definitely be back!

Great location, close to train street and a lot of shops. The street was relatively quiet with one big restaurant at the end of the street which was very convenient on our first night. Room was modern and clean. The Airbnb Host also organised an airport pick-up for us that was seamless. The accommodation also had a 24/7 concierge which was very helpful. 10/10 would stay there again.
