Nice big apartment, next to a big shopping mall. There is everything for cooking at home. Hosts are always available to help and respond quickly. View from the window to the neighboring house.

Hanoi was our first destination in Vietnam and we are glad that we booked our stay here with Hoai Anh’s place at the Pent Studio apartments. Our co-host Mr. Elite was extremely helpful right from the beginning and he helped us out to book our taxi from Hanoi airport too. We wanted to rent a motorbike and he even arranged for a person to connect with us for that. The place was fabulous, just like shown in the pictures, cozy and very welcoming indeed. A huge shout out to the hosts, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly, thank you ❤️ Hope to visit back soon.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay here for 8 nights. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and it is very well equipped. The availability of the washing machine and dryer, as well as the extra toilet on the first floor, is a bonus. The host is extremely responsive, flexible, and accommodating. It would have been perfect if the AC on the second floor had been stronger; otherwise, it was a great experience overall.

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and just like the picture. The building is near Lotte West Lake. The host is friendly and attentive. She guided me to the supermarket and gym nearby. I will come back again.
